On the K7041 train from Harbin to Mohe, tourists had a chance to meet five Oroqen (鄂伦春族) artists. Gulayier Ente, one of the artists, dressed in traditional clothes and sang Oroqen songs. The beautiful music made people cheerful. “This experience is wonderful. Chatting with tourists helped us all enjoy ourselves,” said Gulayier.
The train started running in January 2025 to celebrate the Chinese New Year. During the journey, artists showed their skills like making birch bark (桦树皮) paintings besides singing and dancing. “We can watch special shows and learn about Chinese culture. It’s really exciting!” said Ms. Zhang, a tourist from Guizhou.
In fact, there are more Chinese art shows on trains, including Qinhuai lanterns from Nanjing and tea-picking operas (采茶戏) from Guangxi, and so on. Trains go across most of China, so they are great for sharing Chinese culture with more people. Different from museums, trains can bring cultural experiences directly to people.

“I’m sick,” she said, “I must go home.” And she left Green Gables and ran all the way home.
On Monday, Anne went to see if Diana was better. She soon ran back home with tears rolling down cheeks.
“What has happened, Anne?” asked Marilla.
“Mrs. Barry says that I sent Diana home drunk on Saturday. She says she’s never going to let Diana play with me again!”
Marilla went to the cupboard and then came back to the kitchen with a bottle of wine, trying not to smile.
“Anne, you gave Diana wine instead of raspberry juice (树莓果汁). Didn’t you know the difference?”
“I never tasted it,” said Anne. “But Mrs. Barry will never believe me. And now I’ll never be able to play with Diana again!”
The following Monday, Anne surprised Marilla by coming down from her room with her books. “I’m going back to school,” she said. “That is all there is left in life for me, now that my friend is gone.”
Marilla tried not to show how happy she was to hear this. “You’d better work hard,” she said.
Anne did work hard, and soon she was top of the class with Gilbert Blythe, whom she still found very annoying (恼怒的).
One evening, Anne was at home doing her homework. Matthew was home, but Marilla had gone to town with the Barrys and Mrs Lynde. Suddenly, Anne looked up and saw Diana standing at the door. She looked very worried.
“What is the matter, Diana?” said Anne.
“Oh. Anne, do come quick,” cried Diana nervously. “Minnie May is very sick. Father and Mother are away in town and there’s nobody to go for the doctor.”
“Don’t worry, Diana! We’ll help you,” said Anne. Then she turned to Matthew, so he quietly got his cap and coat and went for the doctor.

【导语】本文讲述了安妮误给戴安娜喝葡萄酒导致误会,友谊暂停后安妮努力学习,后因戴安娜妹妹生病两人再次合作的故事。
1.细节理解题。文章第一段第一句“After having two more glasses of juice, Diana turned pale suddenly.”指出,Diana又喝了两杯“果汁”(实际是葡萄酒)后脸色变得苍白;结合后文可知,她之前已经喝过酒,因此她当天喝了不止两杯。
2.细节理解题。文章第八段“‘I never tasted it,’ said Anne.”指出,Anne从没尝过那种饮料,所以不知道它和葡萄酒的区别。
3.细节理解题。文章第十段Marilla说“You’d better work hard”指出,Marilla告诉Anne最好努力学习。

The dodo was a large bird that lived on Mauritius, an island in the Indian Ocean. It was a type of bird, but it could not fly. The dodo had strong legs and a large beak (鸟喙). It was about one metre tall. Today, many people know about this unusual bird, but it died out more than 300 years ago.
Before people arrived on the island, the dodo lived a quiet life. It had very few enemies, so it was not afraid of people. When sailors (水手) first visited Mauritius, they found the birds easy to catch. They also brought animals such as dogs, pigs and rats to the island. These animals ate the dodos’ eggs. Soon, fewer and fewer young dodos were born.
The original forests on the island became smaller because people cut down many trees. The dodos lost their homes as well as their food. In the end, the bird completely disappeared. Scientists believe the last dodo probably died in the late 1600s.
Today, we cannot see a real dodo. There is not a single photo because cameras had not been invented at that time. However, old pictures, travellers’ notebooks, and bones help scientists learn more about the bird. They believe the dodo is related to pigeons, although it looked very different.
The story of the dodo teaches us an important lesson. Perhaps people did not understand how important every animal was. Now we know that every living thing plays an important role in nature. If we do not protect animals and their homes, more species may die out in the future. Learning about the dodo reminds us that once an animal disappears, it cannot come back again.
1.Why were the first sailors able to catch dodos easily?
A.Because the dodos could fly only short distances.
B.Because the dodos were not afraid of people.
C.Because the dodos liked staying near the sea.
D.Because the dodos wanted food from the sailors.
2.What was one reason why fewer young dodos were born?
A.Other birds took their homes.
B.The weather became much colder.
C.Animals brought by people ate their eggs.
D.The dodos stopped laying eggs (下蛋).
3.Why does the writer mention that there is not a single photo of the dodo?
A.To tell readers that scientists learn about the dodo from other records.
B.To encourage people to take more photos of wild animals.
C.To explain why scientists know little about the dodo.
D.To show that cameras were not popular at that time.
4.Which of the following is TRUE according to the passage?
A.Many natural enemies lived on Mauritius before people arrived.
B.The dodo disappeared before people reached Mauritius.
C.Cutting down trees made the dodos lose their homes.
D.The dodo was a small bird with weak legs.
5.What can we learn from the passage?
A.Animals need safe places to live.
B.Every animal is important in nature.
C.Scientists know everything about animals.
D.People can always save endangered animals.

Why We Need to Protect Butterflies
Butterflies are some of the most colorful and gentle creatures in nature. 1 They are not just beautiful to look at—they also play a key role in keeping our environment healthy.
Like bees, butterflies are important pollinators (传粉者). 2 As they feed on flower nectar (花蜜), pollen (花粉) sticks to their legs and bodies. When they fly to the next flower, this pollen helps plants make seeds and fruit. 3 Without butterflies, many of our favorite fruits and vegetables would not grow.
Butterflies also tell us a lot about the health of our planet. 4 If there are many butterflies in an area, it means the air and water are clean and there are plenty of plants for them to eat. When butterfly numbers drop, it is often a sign that the environment is in danger.
Sadly, butterfly populations are getting smaller every year. 5 We can plant native flowers in our gardens, avoid using harmful pesticides (杀虫剂), and create small butterfly-friendly spaces in our neighborhoods. Even small actions can make a big difference for these amazing insects.
A.Butterflies can live for up to one year in the wild.
B.Many people think they are just a pretty part of summer.
C.They are very sensitive to changes in their living places.
D.They carry pollen from one flower to another as they move.
E.There are things we can do to help them live and grow well.
F.This process is very important for the growth of many plants.
G.You can often see them flying from flower to flower on warm days.

1.前文介绍蝴蝶是色彩斑斓的生物,后文强调它们不仅美观,还对环境健康至关重要。B项 “Many people think they are just a pretty part of summer.”(许多人认为它们只是夏天里一道美丽的风景)先承接人们对蝴蝶 “美丽” 的普遍认知,再引出后文的重要作用,形成转折衔接。
2.前文点明蝴蝶是重要的传粉者,后文描述蝴蝶吸食花蜜时花粉会附着在身上。D项 “They carry pollen from one flower to another as they move.”(它们移动时会将花粉从一朵花带到另一朵花)直接解释了蝴蝶作为传粉者的核心行为,与后文 “花粉附着、传播” 的细节逻辑更紧密。
3.前文描述花粉帮助植物结出种子和果实,后文强调没有蝴蝶许多果蔬无法生长。F项 “This process is very important for the growth of many plants.”(这个过程对许多植物的生长至关重要)承接前文的传粉结果,引出后文的重要性总结,逻辑连贯。
4.前文说明蝴蝶能反映地球健康状况,后文举例解释蝴蝶数量与环境质量的关系。C项 “They are very sensitive to changes in their living places.”(它们对栖息地的变化非常敏感)解释了蝴蝶能作为环境 “晴雨表” 的原因,与后文例子呼应。
5.前文指出蝴蝶数量逐年减少的问题,后文列举了具体的保护措施。E项 “There are things we can do to help them live and grow well.”(我们可以做一些事来帮助它们生存和茁壮成长)起到承上启下的作用,引出后文的具体行动。

故填Who sings louder。

例文:
Should friends be similar or different?
Lucy and Lily are my friends. They are twins, but they are different.
Lucy is taller than Lily. Lily has short straight hair, while Lucy has short curly hair. They also have different hobbies and personalities. Lily likes reading books. However, Lucy likes playing basketball. She is more outgoing than Lily.
I think friends should be different. If friends are different, they can learn from each other and share different things. In a word, it is not necessary for friends to be the same as long as they care about each other.

What do you usually do on the train? Rest, look out of the window or just use your phone? Some trains in China are now becoming places to learn about Chinese culture (文化).

Last Sunday, I saw my mom working hard in the kitchen. She looked tired after work, so I decided to help her make dinner.
First, we went to the supermarket. I helped pick vegetables—carrots, onions (洋葱) and cabbage. My mom got eggs and rice. I carried the heavy bags home carefully.
In the kitchen, I washed all the vegetables in cold water. The carrots felt hard and the onions made my eyes water (流泪) a little. My mom taught me how to cut them safely. I tried my best to make small, even pieces.
Then we made egg fried rice. I broke two eggs into a bowl. The first one was perfect! The second one had some shells (蛋壳) in the bowl, but I got it out. I mixed the eggs well with a fork.
When the pan was hot, I poured the eggs into the pan. Then I added the rice and vegetables. My mom showed me how to stir everything together. The egg fried rice smelled so good!
At dinner time, my family loved the egg fried rice. My little brother even asked for more! My dad said it tasted great. I felt happy and proud (自豪的).

After having two more glasses of juice, Diana turned pale (苍白) suddenly.

Friends bring joy and fun to our life. To most of us, it’s always easy to make friends but hard to take one more step closer to our friends. 1
Be yourself with your friends.
Sometimes your friends may find out that you are different from what they thought. To keep them from losing trust in you, find some proper (合适的) time to tell them what you really often do and like to do. 2
Go through the difficult times with small tricks (窍门).
Life is like a box of chocolates and you never know what you’ll get. When your friends taste the bad one, why not do something interesting together, like watching a sitcom? 3 . The best friends may not always agree with each other and even have few words for days. Other small tricks, like telling jokes or playing funny games, may also help you get along with your friends better.
4
We all know that people like to communicate (交流) with their close friends as often as possible. When talking, you should talk about your feelings and what you like or don’t like in a nice way. Use “I” statements, such as “I’m here for you,” or “I feel happy when we hang out together”. 5 For example, if you’re upset, just say “I feel sad when you don’t invite me.” And always remember to say “please” and “thank you”. Good communication makes your friendships stronger.
A.Find proper ways to communicate.
B.Agree with your friends all the time.
C.It’s also important to tell your true feelings.
D.Doing this, your friends may be happy again.
E.And they may know more about you and understand you.
F.The ways below will help you build a stronger friendship.
G.A true friend likes to do the same things as me and makes me laugh.
