1. 词汇跟读：跟读并记忆下列单词（注意斜线部分的读音）。

2. 短语速记连线：将左栏英文与右栏中文配对（写序号）。

3. 语言小贴士（考点归纳）。

① May I ...? 是请求许可的礼貌说法，后接动词原形：May I go with him?（我可以和他一起去吗？）

② Is it OK if I ...? 中 if 引导条件状语从句，从句用一般现在时表示将来：Is it OK if I buy a T-shirt?（我买一件 T 恤可以吗？）

③ Can / Could I ...? 也用于请求许可，Could 语气更委婉：Can you pick us up when the match is over?（比赛结束后你能来接我们吗？）

④ 请求许可的答语：同意用 Yes. / Sure. / Of course. / Yes, of course you can.；婉拒用 Sorry, ... / I'm afraid you can't. / No, ...

⑤ anyway 意为“无论如何；反正”，用来补充理由：It's Friday night anyway.（反正是周五晚上。）

⑥ hang out 意为“外出消遣；闲逛”，hang out with sb. 即“与某人一起外出消遣”。

⑦ pick sb. up 意为“（开车）接某人”；pick up 是“动词 + 副词”短语，代词作宾语时须放中间：pick us up。

⑧ be over 意为“结束”：when the match is over（比赛结束时）。

⑨ 一般将来时的两种表达：We are going to take the bus into town together. / I'll meet you at Exit 6.

⑩ 打电话常用语：Jim called just now.（吉姆刚才打电话来了。）/ This is ... speaking.（我是……）

⑪ favourite 是英式拼写，美式拼写为 favorite，意为“最喜爱的”。

⑫ 请求许可前常先说明理由、交代细节（时间、地点、同伴、交通方式），请求更容易获得同意。
