Our comfort zone is where we feel safe. There's nothing to worry or feel stressed about. Your comfort zone might be hanging out with the same friends every day, only doing after-school activities you know you're good at, or playing a video game you've played before. Our comfort zone is a happy place. Nothing bad ever happens there. In fact, not much happens at all... and that's the problem.

我们的舒适区是我们感到安全的地方。在那里，没有什么可担心的，也不会感到压力。你的舒适区也许是每天和同样的一群朋友待在一起，只参加自己擅长的课
