3. 语言与句式小贴士（本课语言重点：人物简介与时态运用）：

① 人物简介的三要素：身份定位（a / an + 形容词 + 职业名词）＋ 主要贡献（did sth / dedicated ... to ...）＋ 精神价值（be brave / wise ...）。

② be known as 意为“被称为；作为……而闻名”。如：He Zehui is known as China's Madame Curie.

③ dedicate one's life to (doing) sth 意为“把一生献给……”，to 为介词。如：She dedicated her life to teaching young researchers.

④ have ... in common 意为“有共同之处”。如：What do these inspiring people have in common?

⑤ 描述人物过往事迹用一般过去时，评价人物与谈影响用一般现在时。如：He discovered the truth. / He is a great pioneer.

⑥ 评价人物行为可用形式主语结构：It was brave of him to fight against poverty.（of 夸人）

⑦ 修饰人的定语从句用 who / that：Huang Wenxiu is a young village leader who worked to fight poverty.

⑧ 展示结构：Introduce 引入人物 → Achievements 主要事迹 → Qualities 敬佩的品质 → Influence 对我的影响与呼吁。
