1.课时教学目标
通过本课时学习，学生能够：
（1）激活对环境重要性的已有认识，了解环保主题的宣传活动；
（2）理解课文大意，了解塑料制品引发的环境污染；
（3）阐述塑料制品带来的危害。
2.教学重难点
重点：掌握本节课核心词汇
plastic, consider, material, shape, cheap, environmental, convenient, dark side, waste, ocean, by mistake, kill, land, wing, tie, bin, mistake... for, on average, tiny, free from, deal with, break down, burn, thick smoke, trouble, wisely等。
难点：能主动分享与本节课话题相关的已有知识；正确理解不同的环保主题日。
