3. 语法小贴士（本课语言重点）：

① It is + adj. + to do sth.（it 作形式主语）：it 是形式主语，真正的主语是后面的动词不定式。例：It is important to say thank you!（说“谢谢”很重要。）

② not only ... but also ...（不仅……而且……）：连接两个并列成分；连接主语时，谓语动词与最近的主语（but also 后的部分）保持一致。例：It's important not only to practise gratitude yourself but also to help develop a culture of gratitude in your school.

③ 强调句型 It is ... that ...：用来强调句子的某一部分。例：It is not only when someone does you a favour that you should express your gratitude.（并非只有别人帮你忙时你才应该表达感激。）

④ Instead of saying ... / Try saying ...（对比结构）：用“感谢式回应”替代“道歉式回应”，使表达更积极得体。例：Instead of saying “I'm sorry I'm late,” try saying “Thank you for your patience.”

⑤ One of the best ways to do sth. is to do sth.：表示“……最好的办法之一是……”。例：One of the best ways to deal with unfair criticism is to say thank you and move on.

⑥ 本课重点搭配：be grateful to sb. for sth.（因某事对某人心存感激）、do sb. a favour（帮某人一个忙）、make all the difference（产生重大差别；意义重大）、deal with（处理；应对）、move on（继续前行；翻篇）、in some cases（在某些情况下）、reduce stress（减轻压力）、develop a culture of gratitude（培养感恩文化）。
