The earth goes round the sun. 一般过去时 worked 过去某时发生的动作或存在的状态;与现在无直接关联 yesterday, last week, … ago, in 2020 I saw the film last night. 一般将来时 will work; am/is/are going to work; am/is/are to work ① 将来要发生;② 说话时临时决定;③ 已有计划;④ 约定或注定 tomorrow, next week, in two days The meeting will be held tomorrow. 过去将来时 would work; was/were going to work 立足过去、着眼未来;多用于宾语从句 said…, the next day, before… He said he would come. 现在进行时 am/is/are working ① 说话此刻正在进行;② 现阶段正在进行; ③ 按计划将要发生 now, at the moment, Look!, Listen! He is leaving tomorrow. 过去进行时 was/were working ① 过去某刻正在进行;② 过去某时段持续; ③ 表示过去的将来 at this time yesterday, all morning, when… He said he was leaving the next day. 将来进行时 will be working 将来某一时刻正在进行的动作;或从将来某刻起持续下去 this time tomorrow, at 8 tomorrow I will be flying to Beijing this time tomorrow. 现在完成时 have/has worked ① 动作持续到现在;② 过去动作对现在的影响或结果 since, for, so far, already, yet, just, recently I have lived here for ten years. 过去完成时 had worked “过去的过去”:在过去某一时间点之前已完成 by the time, before, by 2020, after… When I arrived, the train had left. 现在完成进行时 have/has been working ① 动作从过去持续到现在并将延续;② 近期间反复进行 all day, this week, recently, since, for I have been reading this book recently. 拓展·将来完成时 will have worked 将来某时之前已完成(教材拓展,非学考硬性要求) by the end of next year, by then By June he will have graduated. He had been working all morning before the news came. I have lost my key.(钥匙现在还找不着) 与现在无关(只陈述过去某时的事实)→ 一般过去时:I lost my key yesterday.(昨天丢的,仅陈述事实) 硬性判据:出现 yesterday、last week、… ago、in 2020 等具体过去时间,谓语必用一般过去时;出现 since、for + 时间段、so far、up to now 等延续到现在的时段,谓语必用现在完成时。 时态 被动构成 例句 例句译文 一般现在时被动 am/is/are done The classroom is cleaned every day. 一般过去时被动 was/were done The bridge was built in 1998. 一般将来时被动 will/shall be done The meeting will be held tomorrow. 过去将来时被动 would/should be done He said the work would be finished in a week. 现在进行时被动 am/is/are being done The problem is being discussed now. 过去进行时被动 was/were being done He was being treated when we arrived. 现在完成时被动 have/has been done The work has been finished. 过去完成时被动 had been done The letter had been written before he left. 含情态动词被动 can/must/may + be done The work must be finished today. 语义类别 常见标志词 提示时态 频率与习惯 always, usually, often, sometimes, seldom, never, every day/week, once a week, now and then, from time to time 一般现在时 正在发生 now, at the moment, at present, Look!, Listen! 现在进行时 过去时间点 yesterday, last night/week/year, … ago, the other day, in 2020, just now 一般过去时 过去某刻 at this time yesterday, at ten o'clock last night, all morning 过去进行时 将来时间 tomorrow, next week/month/year, in two days, soon, by 2030 一般将来时 将来某刻 this time tomorrow, at 8 tomorrow morning, the day after tomorrow 将来进行时 延续到现在 since + 时间点, for + 时间段, so far, up to now, in recent years, lately, recently 现在完成时/现在完成进行时 已经完成 already, just, yet, ever, never, have/has… ● 用法② 客观事实、真理、自然现象、格言警句:主语常为 the earth、the sun、it、this 等。 ● 用法⑤ 以 here、there 开头的倒装句(Here comes the bus.) He plays basketball every day. / The film starts at two o'clock. / If you look at all sides of the situation, you'll probably find a solution that suits everyone. (二)一般过去时 ● 用法① 过去某一时间发生的动作或存在的状态,常与 yesterday、last year、the other day、… ago 连用。 ● 用法④ It's time…、I wish…、I'd rather… We often played together when we were children. / He said he would tell her the news as soon as he met her. / I wish I knew more about it. (三)一般将来时 表达方式 构成 核心含义 典型语境 例句 will / shall + v. will / shall + 动词原形 ① 单纯表示将来; ② 说话时临时作出的决定; ③ 预测、许诺 tomorrow, I think, promise I will help you with it. (当场决定) be going to + v. am/is/are going to + 动词原形 ① 已有计划或打算; ② 根据迹象判断将要发生 next year, plans, signs She is going to work next year. be to + v. am/is/are to + 动词原形 ① 预先安排好的计划或约定;② 说话人的意志、意图、义务、命令; ③ 注定要发生 scheduled, ordered, destined They are to attempt to be the first to circle the Earth. be about to + v. am/is/are about to + 动词原形 正要或即将要做某事;不与表示具体的将来时间状语连用 at the moment, now Will you kindly obey the instructions I am about to give? ● 其他表达:was / were going to do、was / were about to do、was / were to do;表示过去的习惯性动作时常用 would do / used to do。 例句:They said they would give the police their full cooperation. / I had a feeling you were going to have difficulty doing this. / He was about to offer an explanation to the police. ● 用法② 表示按计划或安排即将发生的动作,常与 go、come、leave、start、arrive、return、work、stay、have、wear 等动词连用。 He is listening to a tape, but he can't hear it clearly. / He is leaving tomorrow to play his first match. / We are always finding new beauties in Shakespeare's poetry. (六)过去进行时 ● 用法① 过去某具体时间正在进行的动作,或过去某时间段内一直持续的事情,常与 at that time、at that moment、at this time yesterday、at ten o'clock yesterday 等短语连用。 We were playing football at this time yesterday afternoon. / Susan had quit her well-paid job and was working as a volunteer in the neighborhood when I visited her last year. / She was always arguing with him and fighting with him. 常见标志性的时间状语有 this time tomorrow、from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.、the day after tomorrow 等。 例句:I will be discussing the situation with my colleagues this time tomorrow. (八)现在完成时 ● 用法① 动作开始于过去,一直持续到现在(甚至到将来),常与 lately、recently、in the last (past) few days/years、since then、up to now、so far 等连用。 I won't pay you until you have finished this job. / This is the first time I have left my country and set foot on foreign soil. He has gone to Beijing. have been to + 地点 “去过某地”,人已经回来了 He has been to Beijing twice. have been in + 地点 “在某地(待过)”,人现在还在那里 He has been in Beijing for a week. have done(不带地点) “(事情)已完成”,与地点连用须用 have been done The work has been done. ● 用法② 从过去某一时间开始,一直延续到过去的另一时间,常用 by then、by that time、by the end of…、by the time + 句子。 ● 用法④ 在“hardly (scarcely) … when …”“no sooner … than …” He said that he had been abroad for three years. / I had hoped to see more of Shanghai. (但未能如愿)/ Hardly had I got home when the rain poured down. ● 用法③ 常和 all this time、this week、this month、all night、all the morning、recently 等状语以及 since、for 引导的状语从句连用。 例句:I have been reading Hemingway's Farewell to Arms recently. / You've been saying that for five years. / He has been writing articles to the newspapers since he became a teacher. He says that the earth goes round the sun. I have known him since we were children. It will rain if it is cloudy tomorrow. He said he would come if it was fine. She said she would be back soon. The blouse is made of silk. The reporters asked the president some questions. → The president was asked some questions by the reporters. The reporters asked the president some questions. → Some questions were asked (to) the president by the reporters. 保留间接宾语,其前须补 to(教材亦有省略 to 的写法) (二)复合宾语:作补语的不定式前须加 to(位置不变) I heard him say good-bye to his friends. → He was heard to say good-bye to his friends. He was made to clean the room by his mother.(他被妈妈要求打扫房间) 错误:~~He was made clean the room.~~ —— 漏掉 to,是最常见的机械性失分。 This dictionary must be taken good care of. | This book may not be taken out of the reading room. ● take care of → be taken good care of(介词保留在末尾) ● pay attention to → be paid attention to ● put off / give up / carry out → be put off / be given up / be carried out(副词不可丢) (四)情态动词与固定结构:只换后面的动词 This book may not be taken out of the reading room. | Trees should not be planted in summer. 情态动词、be going to、be to、be sure to、have to、used to、had better 等结构变为被动语态时,只需将其后的动词原形换成 be + 过去分词,其余部分保持不变。 They get paid twice as much as I do, but the job is exactly the same as mine. / No matter how well you know Paris, it is easy to get lost. The music isn't pleasant to listen to. 不及物动词 + well/easily 等状语 sell, read, draw, wash, write, open, wear, run, burn + well This kind of radio doesn't sell well. The article is too difficult to understand. + to do The question is difficult to answer. 四、不能用于被动语态的常见动词 类别 常见词语 原因 不及物动词 happen, occur, take place, break out, last, remain, appear, disappear, arrive, die, rise, fall 无宾语,不存在“被”的对象 带介词的固定短语 belong to, consist of, take part in, run out, lose heart, date from, come true 整体固定,拆开不成立 同源宾语动词 have, own, cost, lack, suit, resemble, possess 主语与动作是“同一物”的关系,无施受之分 ★ 易错提醒|“见被动就套 be + p.p.” He asked me a question.(他问我问题,主语是动作发出者,用主动)若误改为 “He was asked me a question” 即为典型错误(被动句不能直接跟双宾语)。 考点一:动词时态 例1.(2024-2025学年湖南省普通高中学业水平合格性考试英语试题) The market also introduced a variety of exceptional shops. From charming flower shops offering an escape from the busy city life to the “Coexistence Plan Shop”, which featured illustrations (插图) that celebrated the connection (connect) between art and nature, there 34 (be) something for everyone. It 37 (be) very old and I can not ride it any longer, but I still keep it there, as it often brings back to me a wonderful memory. 1.If it (rain) tomorrow, the sports meet will be postponed. 2.So far, the volunteer group (organize) more than twenty public lectures to spread environmental knowledge in rural communities. 3.To master a foreign language typically (take) years of practice. 4. Of vital importance (be) regular exercise for teenagers’ physical and mental health. 考点二:动词语态 例1.(2024-2025学年江苏省普通高中学业水平合格性考试英语试题) Many of its major roads, including (include) Chang’ an Avenue in Beijing and Binjiang Avenue in Shanghai, 42 (crowd) with groups of bikers now. 例2.(2025-2026学年江苏省普通高中学业水平合格性考试英语试题) “Paxo phones 40 (make) of a small number of parts,” Rochet said. “Fewer parts mean less (little) waste and carbon footprint.” 例3.(2025-2026学年湖南省普通高中学业水平合格性考试英语试题) Throughout the event, street performances 29 (give), bringing the spirit of the Renaissance to life and providing (provide) an enriching experience of history and creativity. 1.We (impress) by the speech that the senior student gave at the opening ceremony. 2.Those old views on mental health (challenge) in recent years with greater public awareness. 3.More efforts (make) to encourage teenagers to take exercise. 4.The sports field (plant) with trees this time last year. 5. Although protecting wildlife may seem too hard at times, even small actions in your own neighborhood can help protect many different animals. Here are some tips on how to protect wildlife through small actions. Create wildlife-friendly areas in your backyard When trying to make your garden more beautiful, you can choose plants that can provide food and shelter for the native wildlife. This will also help cut down on pollution. Besides, bird or bat houses in your yard or garden can attract and shelter more species. Avoid harming the natural ecosystem in your backyard Some plants from other places can kill or harm the native plants that provide food and shelter for wildlife. Have a greener lifestyle By using less water and fewer fuels, you will do good to help protect the wildlife around you. Take buses or the subway if you can, turn off the electric devices when you’re not using them, take showers for a shorter time, and keep the temperature in your room at or below 68 Fahrenheit degrees in winter. Buy products that are friendly to wildlife Don’t buy products that are made from endangered animals. Keep in mind that some endangered animals are killed by traps, or hunters who are eager to earn money with them. Donate money to organizations that protect wildlife and their habitats You can give money to organizations or groups that protect wildlife in your neighborhood, thus promoting their work. 1.What’s the purpose of this passage? A.To show the threats wildlife faces. B.To raise awareness of wildlife protection. C.To explain the importance of wildlife conservation. D.To introduce different ways to protect wildlife. 2.What is suggested in the passage to create wildlife-friendly areas? A.Building a bird or bat house. B.Using less water and fewer fuels. C.Donating money to organizations. D.Buying products made from endangered animals. 3.Which of the following actions is NOT recommended for a greener lifestyle? A.Providing food and shelter for wildlife. B.Taking showers for a shorter time. C.Keeping the room temperature low in winter. D.Turning off electric devices when not in use. B Not long ago, I noticed a quiet revolution taking place on the streets of Shanghai. It wasn’t in the grand malls or busy offices, but in small handicraft stores. Young and old alike bent over tables, carefully placing tiny colorful beads (珠子) on plastic boards. This simple activity, known as fuse-bead art, has quietly become a national trend. It all starts with focus. Take 11-year-old William, a visitor from the UK. After a piano competition, he walked past a DIY store and was instantly attracted. For two days, he worked patiently there to create a beautiful peach tree, a symbol of Chinese culture that inspires his passion, and took it home. For him, it was a labor of love. For adults, it is a lifeline. Many busy professionals, worn out by endless work messages and screen time, find peace in these beads. As one customer described, putting away the phone and focusing solely on arranging the beads brings a rare sense of joy and peace. It is a chance to simply be in the moment. Fuse-bead art dates back to the 1970s, when it was not originally intended for personal enjoyment, but for rehabilitation (康复) training in nursing homes. In the 1980s, Perler, in the United States, improved it into a children’s puzzle toy, which later spread worldwide. At the end of 2024, a young Chinese actor showcased a homemade fuse-bead tie during a live promotional broadcast, thus fueling the “fuse-bead craze” in China. Experts explain that fuse-bead art perfectly meets young people’s needs. It is easy to do, requiring no special skills. The slow, focused work helps us escape our phones and relieve stress. However, like all trends, it faces challenges. To last, the “handmade economy” must keep innovating and creating new content. But one thing is clear: As long as people seek comfort, creativity, and a break from chaos, handmade crafts like fuse beads will remain more than just a passing craze. 4.Why does the author describe the scene in Shanghai? A.To introduce a new mall. B.To present a new trend. C.To show the busy streets. D.To explain the beads’ appeal. 5.What does William’s choice of the peach tree pattern indicate? A.An intention to help the DIY store. B.A need to reduce academic pressure. C.A preference for piano competitions. D.A strong interest in Chinese culture. 6.What is paragraph 3 mainly about? A.The evolution of fuse-bead art. B.The popularity of a Chinese actor. C.The function of a new puzzle toy. D.The way of nursing home training. 7.What challenge does fuse-bead art face? A.Expanding the market. B.Staying creative. C.Getting recognized. D.Gaining profits. C Many students tend to stay inside their learning comfort zone. They prefer to practice what they are already good at and avoid challenging content. Working within the comfort zone brings short‑term satisfaction, because students can get correct answers easily and feel a sense of achievement. However, staying long in comfort zones will slow personal growth. Real improvement happens in the learning zone, where you meet unfamiliar, challenging tasks. When dealing with something slightly beyond your present level, you may feel confused or stressed. But through thinking, trying and correcting mistakes, you can gain new abilities. That is where growth takes place. Of course, moving out of the comfort zone does not mean jumping into tasks far beyond your ability, which will only cause anxiety and loss of confidence. The proper way is to accept proper challenges step by step. You can take small risks: try more difficult exercises, speak in public or learn new thinking skills. Small challenges build up your competence gradually. Growth never comes easily. It requires courage to face discomfort. Students should dare to step out of their comfort zone, accept reasonable challenges, and keep moving forward in the learning zone. 8.What do students in the comfort zone like to do? A.Deal with completely new challenging tasks. B.Practice the knowledge they are good at. C.Keep trying tasks far above their level. D.Seek constant advice from teachers. 9.What is the short‑term advantage of staying in comfort zone? A.It speeds up long‑term personal growth. B.It helps students get high‑level competence quickly. C.Students can easily get a feeling of satisfaction. D.Students can learn lots of brand‑new skills. 10.What will happen if students face tasks much beyond their ability? A.They will make rapid progress. B.They will feel anxious and lose confidence. C.They will enter the learning zone naturally. D.They will form good learning habits. 11.What is the main idea of the text? A.Students should get away from comfort zone properly for growth. B.Why most teenagers prefer to live in comfort zones. C.Different kinds of zones in teenagers’ daily life. D.How to reduce anxiety during examinations. D Summer comes, and mosquitoes constantly buzz and bite, leaving red marks and ruining our sleep. To fight them, DEET (避蚊胺) is widely regarded as the gold standard for preventing mosquito bites. Most researchers agree that a key part of its effectiveness is unpleasantness — the bugs just hate to be around it. However, some mosquitoes seem capable of overcoming their revulsion, leading to the idea that the insects might be getting used to the chemical. Claudio Lazzari at the University of Tours set out to investigate, by running a version of the experiments made famous by Ivan Pavlov in the late 1800s where dogs were conditioned to associate sounds with food. In those experiments, Pavlov routinely rang a signal bell and then immediately fed the dogs. Eventually, when he made the sounds but didn’t provide food, he found the animals still salivated (流口水), as they would before a meal. In his experiments, Dr Lazzari presented hungry mosquitoes with warm sheep’s blood as they were exposed to ordinary air or to air blown past paper soaked (浸透) in DEET. With colleagues, he then repeated the experiments with sugar water, instead of blood, on a different set of mosquitoes. The researchers then bravely presented their own hands to the insects. One hand was covered in DEET, the other left untreated. To their frustration, 60% of the mosquitoes that had been exposed to DEET while feeding bit the hand coated in DEET. In contrast, all mosquitoes trained with ordinary air avoided it entirely. Dr Lazzari’s conditioning in the laboratory was important for the mosquitoes in developing their fondness for DEET. But the chances are good that a similar scene is taking place in the real world, where the effects of DEET typically weaken over time, especially when people are sweating or not applying enough of the stuff in the first place. In such circumstances, hungry mosquitoes are most likely to be able to put up with the slight smell of DEET, bite a lightly protected person, begin connecting the smell with food and become more dangerous to those they encounter later in their lives. 12.What does the underlined word “revulsion” in paragraph 2 mean? A.Dislike. B.Fondness. C.Desire. D.Indifference. 13.Why is Pavlov’s experiment mentioned? A.To show that dogs can be trained to expect food. B.To introduce the method behind Dr Lazzari’s research. C.To explain why some mosquitoes stop avoiding DEET. D.To compare the behaviour of dogs with that of mosquitoes. 14.What did Dr Lazzari’s experiments reveal? A.All the mosquitoes bit the DEET-coated hand. B.Ordinary air made mosquitoes keener on DEET. C.Most trained mosquitoes no longer avoided DEET. D.Sugar water was more effective than blood in the training. 15.Why does DEET sometimes fail to keep mosquitoes away? A.Mosquitoes associate it with food. B.Its smell grows stronger over time. C.Human blood weakens the chemical. D.Sweat washes DEET off the skin quickly. In North Dakota, neighbors are more like family. ● 其他表达:was / were going to do、was / were about to do、was / were to do;表示过去的习惯性动作时常用 would do / used to do。 例句:They said they would give the police their full cooperation. / I had a feeling you were going to have difficulty doing this. / yesterday、at ten o'clock yesterday We were playing football at this time yesterday afternoon. / Susan had quit her well-paid job and was working as a volunteer in the neighborhood when I visited her last year. / She was always arguing with him and fighting with him. this time tomorrow. 故选A。 3. 文章第四段讲到“By using less water and fewer fuels, you will do good to help protect the wildlife around you. Take buses or the subway if you can, turn off the electric devices when you’re not using them, take showers for a shorter time, and keep the temperature in your room at or below 68 Fahrenheit degrees in winter.(通过使用更少的水和更少的燃料,你将有助于保护你周围的野生动物。 A。 B Not long ago, I noticed a quiet revolution taking place on the streets of Shanghai. 根据第一段“Not long ago, I noticed a quiet revolution taking place on the streets of Shanghai…This simple activity, known as fuse-bead art, has quietly become a national trend.(不久前,我注意到上海街头正发生一场悄然的变革…… 根据第二段“For two days, he worked patiently there to create a beautiful peach tree, a symbol of Chinese culture that inspires his passion, and took it home.(他耐心花两天制作漂亮桃树,桃树是中国文化的象征,激发了他的热爱,并把作品带回家。)” 根据第三段“Fuse-bead art dates back to the 1970s, when it was not originally intended for personal enjoyment, but for rehabilitation (康复) training in nursing homes. In the 1980s, Perler, in the United States, improved it into a children’s puzzle toy, which later spread worldwide. At the end of 2024, a young Chinese actor showcased a homemade fuse-bead tie during a live promotional broadcast, thus fueling the “fuse-bead craze” in China.(拼豆艺术起源于20世纪70年代,最初它并非用于个人娱乐,而是供养老院开展康复训练使用。 根据最后一段“However, like all trends, it faces challenges. To last, the ‘handmade economy’ must keep innovating and creating new content.(然而,像所有趋势一样,它也面临挑战。 C Many students tend to stay inside their learning comfort zone. 根据第一段中“Many students tend to stay inside their learning comfort zone. They prefer to practice what they are already good at and avoid challenging content.(许多学生倾向于待在他们的学习舒适区。 根据第一段中“Working within the comfort zone brings short-term satisfaction, because students can get correct answers easily and feel a sense of achievement.(在舒适区内学习能带来短期的满足感,因为学生可以轻松得到正确答案并感到成就感。)” 根据第三段中“Of course, moving out of the comfort zone does not mean jumping into tasks far beyond your ability, which will only cause anxiety and loss of confidence.(当然,走出舒适区并不意味着跳入远超自己能力的任务中,那只会造成焦虑和失去信心。)” 根据第一段中“However, staying long in comfort zones will slow personal growth.(然而,长期待在舒适区会减缓个人成长。)”以及最后一段中“Students should dare to step out of their comfort zone, accept reasonable challenges, and keep moving forward in the learning zone.(学生应该敢于走出舒适区,接受合理的挑战,并在学习区不断前进。)” D Summer comes, and mosquitoes constantly buzz and bite, leaving red marks and ruining our sleep. 根据第二段中“Most researchers agree that a key part of its effectiveness is unpleasantness — the bugs just hate to be around it.(多数研究者认为避蚊胺起效的核心在于它的难闻特质,蚊子根本不愿靠近它)”可知,蚊子讨厌待在避蚊胺周围,故revulsion意为“厌恶”,与“Dislike”同义。 13. 根据第三段中“Claudio Lazzari at the University of Tours set out to investigate, by running a version of the experiments made famous by Ivan Pavlov in the late 1800s where dogs were conditioned to associate sounds with food.(图尔大学的克劳迪奥·拉扎里借鉴19世纪末巴甫洛夫的经典实验思路展开研究,该实验中狗被训练将声音和食物建立关联)”可知,提及巴甫洛夫的实验是为了引出拉扎里博士研究所采用的条件反射方法。 14. 根据第四段中“To their frustration, 60% of the mosquitoes that had been exposed to DEET while feeding bit the hand coated in DEET.(令他们沮丧的是,60%的在进食时接触过避蚊胺的蚊子咬了涂有避蚊胺的手)”可知,大多数经过训练的蚊子不再避开避蚊胺。 15. 根据最后一段中“In such circumstances, hungry mosquitoes are most likely to be able to put up with the slight smell of DEET, bite a lightly protected person, begin connecting the smell with food and become more dangerous to those they encounter later in their lives.(在这种情况下,饥饿的蚊子很可能能够忍受避蚊胺的轻微气味,去叮咬防护不足的人,并开始把这种气味与食物联系起来,从而在日后的生活中对它们遇到的人变得更加危险)”可知,避蚊胺有时失效是因为蚊子将它和食物关联在了一起。 In North Dakota, neighbors are more like family.
