第四部分 写作
How I learned to accept myself
I suppose that everyone has something they don’t like about themselves. As for me, I am not happy with my personality. I used to be shy and had a fear of talking with my classmates. So I was lonely.
Luckily, my English teacher changed my opinion. One day, my English teacher, Miss Chen, asked me to answer a question in class. With so many classmates looking at me, I couldn’t come up with any answer. It felt like a disaster. However, instead of being angry, she gave me a warm smile. After class , she encouraged me to take part in some school activities. With her help and support, I started to find that I could do very well. What’s more, I made a lot of friends with the same hobbies.
From this experience, I have learned that I am what I am. There is no doubt that everyone has something special and different — that’s what is interesting. Nothing is impossible as long as you try and stick to it.
