Look at the picture and say. （1） What is he doing?——He is reading a book. （2） Where is he?——He is in the library. 2.Read the post and say. (1)What kind of text is it?(A. A post. B. An email.) Because of her, our home is full of books on different subjects. When I was a child, my mother used to sit me on her knee, tell me stories, and teach me how to read. Soon, I was reading by myself. Over time, I found children’s books no longer kept me interested. So I started reading other books, newspapers, and magazines. I especially enjoyed popular science books and books about the lives of famous people. After dinner, I would just pick a book from the shelf to read in my room.
