【Why】what／what time／when 三疑问词的分工与 at／in／on 三个时间介词是谈论作息的核心语法：what time 与 when 的细微差别（时点 vs 时段）是易混点；3c 的周末语篇把三单规则与时间介词、频率副词（sometimes／often／usually）整合在一起，直接支撑本单元所有作息表达。

【How】按“视频导入→观察选择→规则归纳→时间作答→语篇填空→采访写作”递进；用“问什么—怎么答”双视角呈现规则，三单复习贯穿语篇。

学情分析
