拓展提高(课内同源 + 课外同源)
Passage1(课内同源:un- / in- / im- 构词法)
Do you know how to make an English word mean the opposite? Just add un-, in- or im- to the front of an adjective. For example, if a person is not lucky, we say he is unlucky. If something is not possible, it is impossible. If an answer is not correct, it is incorrect. But these prefixes do not work with every word, and there are some rules. Un- is the most useful one: unhappy, unlucky, unusual and unfair all begin with un-. In- often goes before c and p, as in incorrect and incomplete. Im- usually goes before words that begin with p, such as possible and polite. So when you are not sure, look the word up in a dictionary.
任务一:单项选择

It was unusual for me to read English aloud, because I was too shy. But my teacher told me that nothing was impossible if I worked hard. So I began to read aloud every morning and wrote down my mistakes. Now my English is much better. Remember: never say impossible!
