Make your own weekly timetable with different subjects.(课本 p.50,小组设计自己的每周课表)六步法: 1. Write Down Days and Hours——First, write the days of the week and when you will study or go to class. Like from 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays. 2. List All Classes——Write down all your classes, including main ones and extras. 3. Give Each Class Time——Share your study time between all classes. Give more time to harder classes or ones you need extra help with. If you find maths hard, give it two hours instead of one for easier classes. 4. Even Out(平均)Your Week——Make sure each class is on the plan at least once and no day has too much. Put your classes evenly across the week so you stay focused and don't get tired. 5. Add Short Breaks(休息)——Put in little breaks between classes to relax your brain and feel fresh. Taking a 10-minute break after each hour of study is a good idea. 6. Check and Fix(修改)Your Plan——Look at your plan each week to see what was good and what wasn't.
