How to travel by train in China?
A guide for first-time travelers
If you are ready to travel across China during holidays, but have no idea where to get the tickets and how to take the trains, take it easy. We’ll show you some steps for taking trains in China—making your journey stress-free and easy!
Key steps for traveling by train in China:
Booking tickets: Foreign passengers can book the tickets online through the China Railway website 12306.cn or the app(12306). Cooking Class: How to Make Easy Eggy Bread
This delicious breakfast dish is perfect for holidays or weekends, when - hopefully - you have a bit more free time in the mornings. It serves two people and takes about 15 minutes to make.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 spoons of milk
2 slices of bread
2 spoons of nut butter
A little oil
2 spoons of yogurt
some honey
some raspberries (or other fruit)
Steps:
Mix: Put the eggs and milk in a bowl. Stir them well.
Heat: Put a pan on the heat. Turn on the heat.
Make wet: Add the bread to the bowl. Let the bread sit in the egg mix.
Cook: Put a little oil in the pan. Put the bread in the hot pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Then turn it over and cook the other side. It should look golden and brown.
Add taste: Put the cooked bread on a plate. Spread nut butter on it.
Make topping: Mash (捣碎) the fruit and mix it with the yogurt.
Finish: Put the fruit yogurt on the bread. Then add some honey on top.
Be careful!!!
Some people are allergic to some foods. For example, nuts (in nut butter) can make them very sick. If you or your friends have allergies, do not use that food. Always ask an adult before you start cooking.

Make wet: Add the bread to the bowl. Let the bread sit in the egg mix.
Cook: Put a little oil in the pan. Put the bread in the hot pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Then turn it over and cook the other side. It should look golden and brown.
Add taste: Put the cooked bread on a plate. Spread nut butter on it.
Make topping: Mash (捣碎) the fruit and mix it with the yogurt.
Finish: Put the fruit yogurt on the bread. Then add some honey on top.
Be careful!!!
