My Music Story
The instrument that has influenced me most is the guitar. My father gave me one when I was ten and showed me how to play a simple song. At first, my fingers hurt and I often made mistakes, but I kept practising. Later, I joined a small school band. The classmates who played with me became good friends, and I gradually became less shy. Now I play the guitar when I feel stressed because music helps me relax. It also gives me courage to share my feelings with others. Music will always be an important part of my life.

An Athlete I Admire
The athlete I admire is Eric Moussambani, the first Olympic swimmer from Equatorial Guinea. Before the 2000 Sydney Olympics, he had trained for only a few months and had very limited practice conditions. During the 100-metre freestyle, the last part of the race was extremely difficult, but he never gave up and finished it. Later, through hard work and practice, his time improved greatly and he became a national swimming coach. I admire him because he showed that sport is not only about winning. Courage, effort, and taking part can also inspire people.

My Favourite Sports Event
My favourite sports event is the Olympic Games. Athletes from many countries take part in different sports, and every event has its own exciting story. I especially enjoy the relay because teamwork is just as important as speed. The runners who pass the baton smoothly have to trust one another. I also like the Olympic spirit shown by athletes who keep trying even when they do not win. For me, the most important thing in sport is not only winning but also taking part, doing your best, and bringing people together.
