It doesn’t matter how you spend those moments alone. As long as they relieve your pressure, they’re helpful.
Studying yourself is perhaps the biggest advantage of being alone. When you take time to understand yourself, find how to develop yourself, and follow your dreams. You’ll be sure to discover the truest part of yourself.
