Pre-reading 1a 1．Ask students to look at the picture in 1a，and find the things in the box from the picture. 2．Have students complete the sentences with the words in the box.Then，check the answers. 3．Use pictures to explain some frequently used prepositions of places，such as in，on，under，in front of，behind and between to students. 4．Ask students to work in pairs，and then discuss where the things are in the picture in 1a.For example： A：Where is the basketball?
