梳理文章核心建议，形成要点框架。
① 成长型思维：believe in yourself；set goals, take action, meet challenges；把错误看作学习机会。
② 刻意练习：the more we practise, the better we learn；练习新的、有难度的事；必要时向老师/教练求教。
③ 同伴互学：与认真学习的同学相处，互相学习、互相挑战，促进成长。
④ 善用资源与终身学习：选用最佳材料（含新技术），慎重选择；把学习视为日常生活的一部分，永不气馁。
