Step 2 Work on Activity 1 1.Play the radio for the first time.Let students choose the correct title. 2.Play the radio for a second time.Check the answer. 3.Introduce the sounds /ɜː/ and /ə/.Teach students how to pronounce them. 4.Let students turn to p111 and practise the words by themselves. 5.Ask two students to read the words and correct their pronunciation.
