1.一般动词直接加 - ing:help → helping
2.不发音 e 结尾,去 e 加 - ing:live → living
3.重读闭音节辅元辅,双写尾字母:run → running
例:write-writing;sit-sitting;work-working
动词 - ing 用法 1 动名词作主语
动词 - ing 放句首,代表一件完整行为
谓语动词统一使用单数形式
例句:Showing care makes life meaningful.
对比原形不能直接放句首作主语
可替换不定式 To do,但动名词更侧重常态
动词 - ing 用法 2 动名词作宾语
1.放在动词后:enjoy/practise/finish/mind/suggest/imagine + doing
2.放在介词后,介词后一律用 doing
例句:She enjoys helping homeless people.
易错:不能加 to do,固定搭配无例外
动词 - ing 用法 3 感官动词宾补 sb doing
1.感官动词:see/hear/watch/feel/catch + sb doing
2.含义:看见 / 听见某人正在做某事
3.强调动作当下正在进行,未结束
例句:I saw her talking with the old.

1.含义:令人……,表事物本身带给人的感受
2.修饰物品、工作、消息、故事等事物
3.位置:名词前或 be 动词后

2.主语 / 修饰词必须是人,表被动感受
