三、 范文精讲
I am writing to propose solutions to reduce plastic waste in our school.
Many students buy bottled drinks and snacks during break time. Plastic bottles and packaging are thrown away everywhere. This pollutes our school environment and harms our health.
I have come up with some solutions. First, recycling bins will be placed around the school. Students will be encouraged to sort their rubbish. Second, talks on environmental protection will be held every month to teach students green habits. Third, reusable water bottles will be promoted instead of plastic ones. I hope my suggestions will be useful.
第一段（开篇点题）：开门见山，表明写作目的，直接点明本文是为了解决校园塑料污染问题，简洁明了、贴合建议书文体。
第二段（问题铺垫）：描写校园真实污染现状，说明塑料垃圾随处乱扔的危害，为下文提出建议做铺垫，贴合生活、真实自然。
