Professor Peng Huisheng and his team at Fudan University have made a new kind of cloth. We can use it as a digital (电子的) screen (屏幕). They spent 12 years trying to make “digital cloth”.
The coat will be great. You can not only fold it, but also wash it. The researchers washed it 500 times and folded it 1,000 times. You can wear it just like any other coat. Everybody enjoys acts of kindness. But why? Research shows that being kind can activate (激活) a part of the brain called Striatum (纹状体) and make us feel better. How does it happen?
First, being kind makes someone smile. If you see yourself smile, people around you may be smiling too. A kind act makes someone who is sad feel better. It can also make ourselves feel good. So why not start that chain of good feeling to people around?
