· 直白抒情泛滥(I was very happy / I felt extremely sad);
· 情绪无层次,转折突兀;
· 吃透情感驱动法三大核心逻辑:情感锚定、以形传情、情感递进;
· 掌握六大高频情绪全套素材(动作 + 神态 + 内心 + 环境烘托四维度);
· 学会 “原文抓情绪→选描写载体→搭建情绪转变链条” 三步万能写作法;
· 掌握亲情 / 友情 / 成长类真题情感分层续写,写出无痕情绪过渡;
示例:原文结尾 “I felt a lump in my throat, watching my friend’s taxi drive away.” 关键词:a lump in throat → 锚定初始情绪:失落、不舍 扣分反面案例:续写第一句直接写 I became extremely happy,无任何过渡,情绪割裂,降档。
1. 肢体动作(动作链专题内容联动教学);
2. 面部神态(眼神、嘴唇、脸色);
3. 随身道具(手链、信件、礼物、宠物);
I was extremely sad after my best friend left. My fingers clenched the friendship bracelet tightly, cold autumn wind swirling fallen dead leaves around my trembling feet.

Lily watched her best friend’s taxi drive away, feeling a lump in her throat. 关键词:a lump in throat → 初始情绪:失落不舍
情绪链条:失落压抑→发现纸条(心生期待)→读懂留言(释然喜悦) 完整示范续写(配套例文,标注情绪变化): Lily’s fingers clenched the friendship bracelet Anna had given her last week. The rough strings hurt her palm, just like the unspoken words between them. Cold autumn wind swept past, swirling dead leaves around her feet. She was about to walk away when a thin piece of paper fluttered down from the taxi window. She dashed forward and caught the note before it flew off. On the back, Anna wrote their secret meeting time. Lily’s trembling lips slowly curved into a big smile. Warm sunshine broke through heavy clouds, wrapping her whole body in soft comfort.
· 情绪强行跳转:负面情绪直接切换为喜悦,无内心挣扎、细节缓冲;
· 通篇直白抒情:高频重复 I was happy / I felt sad,无动作、神态、环境烘托;
· 情绪与原文割裂:续写情绪和原文结尾基调完全相反,无合理情节触发;
· 升华生硬说教:结尾直接写 We should help others / We must understand family,无画面铺垫;
I was shocked when I heard the surprising news.
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
The shocking news made the phone slip out of my grasp. I stood rooted to the ground, mouth wide open, too stunned to utter a single word. A wave of disbelief washed over me instantly.
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Heavy guilt weighed on my heart, dragging my steps as I paced the dim living room. Gray dusk outside deepened my loneliness, and endless regret lingered in my mind. After struggling for a long time, I grabbed the warm biscuits my wife baked, mixed nervousness and hope filling my chest, determined to fix the broken bond with my brother.
My wife and I wanted to share our new home with family and friends by hosting a small gathering in the early summer. She had prepared lots of snacks, while my job was to have the backyard in order.
There was plenty of space for the kids to run and play. There was just one thing I hadn’t counted on: My brother chose to bring his dog Toby, a 50-pound ball of fire. Though friendly, he could easily knock over my niece’s small boys and my six-month-old granddaughter. So, when my brother showed up, I asked him to watch Toby and keep him outside.
My plan was working out just fine. Toby was using up his energy by running back and forth in the backyard and giving the kids plenty of room. Unexpectedly, after supper, the weather changed. It started to rain and everyone went indoors.
It was an awkward moment. I didn’t want Toby to be running around in the house, and my brother wasn’t happy with driving home with a wet dog. Eventually, my brother decided to leave rather than force the issue.
A few days passed, and I hadn’t heard anything from my brother. I texted him and expressed wishes for him to come out again. His reply came as a surprise — a shock, actually: “Not a chance.” Clearly, he was unhappy over the way we had parted. After all, I had left him little choice. Well, he’ll get over it, I reasoned.
Two months passed. My wife suggested I get in touch with my brother, but I resisted, thinking he should call first. However, my conscience (良心) kept bothering me. I tried to put myself in my brother’s shoes. He was facing health issues and his wife of thirty-five years had passed away a few months earlier. Toby was his constant companion, the one who kept him going.
注意:
(1)续写词数应为150个左右;

1. I realized it was me who was at fault.
2. With the biscuits my wife had made, I arrived at my brother’s door.
Para 1(情绪:愧疚→忐忑期待) I realized it was me who was at fault. That rainy day’s awkward scene kept replaying in my mind, heavy guilt weighing on my heart all day long. Why couldn’t I understand his loneliness after losing his beloved wife? My conscience nagged me nonstop, making it impossible to focus on daily work. My wife spotted the worry covering my face and comforted me softly, suggesting I visit him with homemade warm biscuits. Holding the fragrant baked treats, mixed nervousness and faint hope rose inside my chest. I made up my mind to offer a sincere apology and set off without delay.
Para 2(情绪:紧张不安→僵持冷漠→破冰和解→温暖释然) With the biscuits my wife had made, I arrived at my brother’s door. Taking a deep breath to calm my racing heart, I knocked hesitantly. When the door slowly opened, his face was cold and indifferent at first, no trace of his usual warm smile. Before I finished my stammered apology, Toby rushed toward me at once, wagging his tail wildly and rubbing against my legs. My brother’s hard expression softened instantly. He patted my shoulder gently and invited me in for hot coffee. Toby secretly stole two biscuits, and light laughter gradually cleared the long-time awkward silence between us. Sitting side by side, I truly understood that family lies in tolerance, and a late sincere apology can heal all misunderstandings.
1. That rainy day’s awkward scene kept replaying in my mind, heavy guilt weighing on my heart all day long. 经典心理烘托:往事反复浮现,愧疚压满心头,替代低级 I felt guilty;
2. mixed nervousness and faint hope rose inside my chest 情绪叠加描写,层次感拉满,阅卷加分;
3. his face was cold and indifferent / My brother’s hard expression softened 人物神态对比,直观体现内心情绪转变,过渡自然无突兀;
4. light laughter gradually cleared the long-time awkward silence

Choosing a career path is difficult, and the decision never becomes easier as you grow older. 1 Their advice is to choose what you love and make your passion your source of income. But should passion be the main factor when deciding on a career?
When someone participates in an activity they love, they’re happier. Many link this happiness to increased motivation, resulting in professional growth even during tough times. 2 Accordingly, individuals prove that the saying “Turn your passion into a job, and the money will follow” can be true.
However, the quote overlooks that people may have multiple passions. For that reason, some choose to pursue their passion outside of work in the hope of not regretting limiting themselves to one love. Another misunderstanding is that one has to master what they’re passionate about. While passion pushes you to learn, one can be passionate about dancing but not necessarily good at it. 3
Ultimately, the decision comes down to you. If you fear your passion evolving into a burden, perhaps you can find a job leaving you time to create art after work. Instead, maybe your passion is the necessary fuel that guides you to work your hardest. 4 There will be uninteresting tasks required to turn your passion into income.
5 While getting asked “What are you passionate about?” can be stressful, here is a secret: Try everything. Even if you try a million things and can’t find what you love, you’ll learn what you don’t like. These discoveries can be just as important.
A.Passion can push you to spare no efforts.
B.If so, remember that it won’t always be fun.
C.In tough times, your passion will fade away.
D.Luckily, some claim to have found the secret.
E.Actually, few individuals know what their passion is.
F.The love for their passion outweighs negative moments.
G.For them, enjoying the activity regardless of skill level is the most important.
根据前文“Choosing a career path is difficult, and the decision never becomes easier as you grow older.(选择职业道路很困难,而且随着年龄增长,这个抉择并不会变得更容易)”以及后文“Their advice is to choose what you love and make your passion your source of income.(他们的建议是选择自己热爱的事物,让激情成为收入的来源)”可知,前文提出择业难题,后文引出他人的择业秘诀与建议,D选项“Luckily, some claim to have found the secret.(幸运的是,有些人声称找到了秘诀)”承接前文困难,引出后文这些人的建议,符合语境。
2.根据前文“When someone participates in an activity they love, they’re happier. Many link this happiness to increased motivation, resulting in professional growth even during tough times.(当人们参与自己热爱的活动时,会更加快乐。
3.根据前文“Another misunderstanding is that one has to master what they’re passionate about. While passion pushes you to learn, one can be passionate about dancing but not necessarily good at it.(另一个误区是人们必须精通自己热爱的事物。
4.根据前文“Ultimately, the decision comes down to you. If you fear your passion evolving into a burden, perhaps you can find a job leaving you time to create art after work. Instead, maybe your passion is the necessary fuel that guides you to work your hardest.(最终,决定权在你。 B选项“If so, remember that it won’t always be fun.(如果是这样,请记住它不会总是充满乐趣)”中的“If so”指代前文选择将热情作为职业的情况,后文进一步解释原因,符合语境。
5.根据后文“While getting asked “What are you passionate about?” can be stressful, here is a secret: Try everything. Even if you try a million things and can’t find what you love, you’ll learn what you don’t like.(当被问到“你对什么充满热情?”
I do a lot of public speaking and am always looking for ways to improve. To that end, I regularly give talks in Spanish and Catalan, which I learned as an adult. Just like the explorers in history who braved the unknown to discover new lands, I venture (敢于去) into unfamiliar linguistic territory. Although I can carry on an ordinary conversation in these languages, I have a foreign accent and can’t express myself as well as I do in English. So delivering a formal lecture is uncomfortable. Yet each time I do it, my speaking skills in both these languages and in my native English improve.
This is a specific example of what turns out to be a broader truth: Doing something you’re bad at can make you better at what you’re good at, as well as potentially making you good at something new. Understanding this dynamic can give you an advantage in your own area of excellence, and enhance your life generally. To be great at what you do, take a chance on flunking something else.
Perhaps you can relate to this finding when, pushed to perform outside your comfort zone at work, you discover that you have greater motivation in your regular job afterward. If you’re a student, take a class far outside your area of skills and interests. Knowing that the struggle to cope with a very novel challenge may improve your performance in the subjects you do like. Enjoy the difficulty of it and study the mistakes you make closely, and you will almost certainly find that you’re doing even better in your preferred subject.
None of us wants to be unhappy. But inviting sources of unhappiness into life can be extremely beneficial. Resolve not to be afraid of fear, anger, or sadness. They are normal and natural parts of life, after all. Dealing with them openly, though uncomfortable, will improve your skills at doing so. And if you choose to face them, they will help you enjoy the joys of life all the more.
6.Why does the author give talks in Spanish and Catalan?
A.To become a translator. B.To overcome fear of speaking.
C.To improve his native language. D.To prove he learns languages fast.
7.What does the underlined part “flunking something else” in paragraph 2 mean?
A.Avoiding hard tasks. B.Mastering another skill.
C.Teaching something new. D.Failing in a different thing.
8.What do new challenges help students do according to the text?
A.Keep them from failing in their main field.
B.Acquire an entirely fresh interest and ability.
C.Enhance their performance in a subject they favor.
D.Improve their enthusiasm for the subject they dislike.
9.What is the author’s view on unhappiness?
A.It is the only path to success. B.It should be avoided at all costs.
C.It is harmful to personal growth. D.It can bring unexpected benefits.
根据第一段中的“I do a lot of public speaking and am always looking for ways to improve. To that end, I regularly give talks in Spanish and Catalan, which I learned as an adult.(我经常公开演讲,一直在寻找提升自我的方法。 以及“Yet each time I do it, my speaking skills in both these languages and in my native English improve.(但每一次演讲过后,我这两门外语以及母语英语的表达能力都得到了提升。)”
根据第二段中的“This is a specific example of what turns out to be a broader truth: Doing something you’re bad at can make you better at what you’re good at, as well as potentially making you good at something new.(这是一个具体例子,印证了一个普遍道理:去做自己不擅长的事,既能把原本擅长的事做得更好,还有可能掌握新技能。)”
根据第三段中的“Knowing that the struggle to cope with a very novel challenge may improve your performance in the subjects you do like. Enjoy the difficulty of it and study the mistakes you make closely, and you will almost certainly find that you’re doing even better in your preferred subject.(要明白,努力应对全新挑战,能够提升你在自己喜爱科目上的表现。
根据第四段中的“But inviting sources of unhappiness into life can be extremely beneficial.(但主动接纳生活里不愉快的事物,会带来极大益处。)”以及“And if you choose to face them, they will help you enjoy the joys of life all the more.(倘若你选择直面负面情绪,它们反而会让你更能体会生活中的快乐。)”

· 直白抒情泛滥(I was very happy / I felt extremely sad);
· 情绪无层次,转折突兀;
· 吃透情感驱动法三大核心逻辑:情感锚定、以形传情、情感递进;
· 掌握六大高频情绪全套素材(动作 + 神态 + 内心 + 环境烘托四维度);
· 学会 “原文抓情绪→选描写载体→搭建情绪转变链条” 三步万能写作法;
· 掌握亲情 / 友情 / 成长类真题情感分层续写,写出无痕情绪过渡;
示例:原文结尾 “I felt a lump in my throat, watching my friend’s taxi drive away.” 关键词:a lump in throat → 锚定初始情绪:失落、不舍 扣分反面案例:续写第一句直接写 I became extremely happy,无任何过渡,情绪割裂,降档。
1. 肢体动作(动作链专题内容联动教学);
2. 面部神态(眼神、嘴唇、脸色);
3. 随身道具(手链、信件、礼物、宠物);

· 情绪强行跳转:负面情绪直接切换为喜悦,无内心挣扎、细节缓冲;
· 通篇直白抒情:高频重复 I was happy / I felt sad,无动作、神态、环境烘托;
· 情绪与原文割裂:续写情绪和原文结尾基调完全相反,无合理情节触发;
· 升华生硬说教:结尾直接写 We should help others / We must understand family,无画面铺垫;
I was shocked when I heard the surprising news.
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
