My Holiday in Scotland
Hello,everyone! My name is Gina. Last autumn, my family took a train to Scotland for a holiday. We left early in the morning and spent six hours on the train. Near our house, there was a huge thick forest full of trees and small animals.
On the last day of our trip, I planned to explore the forest alone. Early in the morning, I walked into the woods. Suddenly, I heard a soft noise behind me. I turned around quickly and was very surprised to see a small deer standing not far away. It looked thin and probably looked for food to eat. I stood still and watched it for a short time, then it ran back into the trees.
I ran home at once and told my parents the whole story. My mum smiled and said the deer often came near houses to look for food from visitors. It was such a wonderful and unforgettable experience. I really hope I can go back to the quiet countryside and see the beautiful deer again one day.
