此处需要一个动词短语,在“encourage sb. to do sth.”

固定搭配never fail to do sth.
全文主旨是坚持追逐梦想,keep on doing sth.“坚持做某事”贴合主题;give up“放弃”语义相反;stop from“阻止”;avoid in无此搭配,均不符合。

Do you ever feel bored on your way to school? Why not turn it into a “treasure hunt”? That’s the latest trend (潮流): the color walk!
The idea is simple: pick one color, walk and find things in that color. Last year, I tried this. Green is easy to find in grass and traffic lights. Other colors, like gold, are hard to find in daily life. But I have enjoyed every color walk I’ve tried. When you look for a color, you notice things you’d normally miss.
Recently, I looked for blue things in Beijing Olympic Forest Park. I spent time watching many things carefully, like the decorations (装饰) on the trees, the details on the signs and the colors of people’s clothes when they passed by. Finally, I found many blue things and felt happy and satisfied.
Xu Gaoyang, a therapist (治疗师) said that color walk helps you pay attention to the world around you. It gives you a small and easy goal to finish. This helps you enjoy the moment and makes you feel calm and relaxed.
Next time you go for a walk, give the color walk a try. You’ll realize how colorful our world is.
