Text 10 Mario Bertolucci was born in Naples,Italy,but grew up in London.He loved cooking from an early age and studied with Chinese cooks in London's Chinatown.After five years,he traveled to Shanghai to improve his cooking skills,as he was passionate about making different Chinese dishes. He was 22 years old when he arrived in the city and started working at a famous restaurant where he learned to cook his favorite dish,Kung Pao Chicken!I like it too,along with pasta,duck,and rice,but my favorite food has always been fish and chips!Mario returned to Italy six years later and eventually became one of the most famous Chinese cooks in his town.He was an excellent cook with a great sense of humor.Most importantly,I was deeply touched by his love and respect for other cultures,which reflected his open-minded spirit.
