Volunteering Makes a Difference
I have done volunteer work for three months since the beginning of this term. I spend my free time helping people in the neighborhood every weekend.
I often visit the old people’s house. I chat with the old and help them clean rooms. Sometimes I share storybooks with little kids and help them with their easy homework. Every small task brings me joy.
I truly learn that volunteering makes a difference. Helping others does not only bring warmth to them, but also lets me grow into a more caring person.
