(一)教学重点
1.掌握志愿招募相关主题词汇、申请邮件与海报文案的常用句式,能精准提取招募广告中的关键信息。
2.完成写作提纲梳理,撰写志愿申请邮件并合作完成海报设计与课堂展示。

1.在申请邮件中得体表达个人优势与申请意愿,在海报文案中简洁清晰地传递项目信息。
2.结合项目需求,完整构建志愿项目的目标、职责与招募要求,清晰阐述项目价值并吸引他人参与。
四、教学方法
1.情境教学法:创设校园志愿者招募、申请志愿服务、小组公益项目等真实语境。
2.任务型教学法:设计“广告信息提取→写作提纲梳理→申请邮件撰写→项目策划→海报设计→成果展示”层层递进任务。
3.合作学习法:通过小组讨论、结对互改、同伴互评、项目合作等形式,互助完成写作与展示任务。

六、教学过程
(一)导入新课
1.视频导入:播放志愿服务短视频,提问:What are the volunteers doing? 了解志愿者精神,引导学生简单表达,激活背景知识。
2.话题导入:提问学生 “Would you like to work as a volunteer? What can you do?”,邀请2-3名学生分享想法,激活已有知识,自然引出本节课主题:阅读志愿者招募广告并撰写申请邮件,合作设计志愿项目海报。
3.词汇预热:呈现本课重点词汇:volunteer, sign up, introduce, familiar, talent, apply, experience,教师领读并结合语境帮助学生理解。
(二)文本学习与写作训练
1. Pre-writing:(1)回答问题:If there’s a chance to help international students in our school as avolunteer, would you take it?
(2)文体解读:展示校园国际学生志愿者招募广告,引导学生识别文体为招募启事,明确其基本构成:标题、号召句、工作职责、招募要求、报名方式。
(3)完成3a:学生阅读广告,将每一部分与主题匹配。

(7)写作指导:给出“志愿者自荐信”的解读与结构框架:
· 文体解读
志愿者自荐信核心是用礼貌、简洁的英语,向学校/组织推荐自己成为志愿者,突出“我适合这个岗位”。
· 核心结构与常用表达
①开头(1-2句话,开篇点题)
核心:打招呼、表明身份、说明写信目的(申请成为志愿者)
I am writing to recommend myself as a volunteer.
I want to be a volunteer, so I am writing this letter to introduce myself and apply for the position.

②主体(3-4句话,核心得分点)
核心:说明“为什么想当志愿者”(申请理由)和“我为什么适合”(个人优势:英语好、性格开朗、有耐心、乐于助人、了解传统文化等),贴合初中生实际,不用编造复杂经历。

八、教学反思
1.本节课以“读招募广告→写申请邮件→做志愿项目”为主线,有效落实读写与综合实践任务,学生基本能提取广告信息、完成邮件写作并参与海报展示,但部分学生邮件内容不够充实、表达不够得体,需加强句型支架与范例指导。
2.小组项目参与度高,但部分小组海报信息不全、展示逻辑不清晰,后续需明确海报要素与展示流程,提供模板与示范。
3.本课公益主题渗透自然,有效提升了学生的服务意识与社会责任感,整体教学设计结构清晰、任务扎实,符合教材要求与学情。
