As the sky gets bright, teahouses in the city become lively. Wooden tables, bamboo steamers and the smell of delicious dim sum (such as crystal shrimp dumplings and pork dumplings) fill the air, making people feel hungry. Local people often gather in teahouses with a pot of hot tea. They rinse bowls and cups, pour tea and chat happily. The sound of talking, clinking porcelain and steaming food becomes a special morning sound of Guangzhou. This lively scene lasts from morning to afternoon without stopping. Song Guozhen, executive manager of Silver Delight Cantonese Cuisine restaurant, says morning tea is indispensable to local life. The restaurant’s dim sum, made with traditional craftsmanship and good flavors, is popular among both locals and visitors. For many travelers, morning tea is their first experience of Guangzhou, and some even come to the city just to taste authentic Cantonese dim sum and feel the local warmth. As the core birthplace of Cantonese cuisine, Guangzhou’s morning tea shows the local culinary philosophy of freshness, tenderness and balance. It is not only a kind of food, but also a way to experience the local culture. 1. What can people see in Guangzhou’s teahouses in the morning? A. Cold drinks and ice cream B. Wooden tables and bamboo steamers C. Fresh fruits and vegetables D. Different kinds of coffee 2. Why do some travelers come to Guangzhou? A. To visit famous scenic spots B. To learn how to make Cantonese food C. To taste authentic Cantonese morning tea D. To meet local people and make friends 3. What does the underlined word “indispensable” in Paragraph 3 probably mean? A. Important and necessary B. Expensive and rare C. New and popular D. Simple and common 考点分析(贴合高考英语A篇阅读命题规律) 1. Wooden tables and bamboo steamers 定位原文第一段第二句“As the sky gets bright, teahouses in the city become lively. Wooden tables, bamboo steamers and the smell of delicious dim sum fill the air”(当天亮时,城市里的茶馆变得热闹起来。 To taste authentic Cantonese morning tea 定位原文第三段最后一句“For many travelers, morning tea is their first experience of Guangzhou, and some even come to the city just to taste authentic Cantonese dim sum and feel the local warmth.”(对许多游客来说,早茶是他们对广州的第一次体验,有些游客甚至专门来这座城市,只为品尝正宗的粤式点心,感受当地的温暖),可知部分游客来广州是为了品尝正宗的粤式早茶,与选项C一致。 第3题:A. China Daily The 22-year-old Chinese freeski star Gu Ailing delivered an amazing performance at the Milano-Cortina Winter Games. She successfully defended her Olympic halfpipe title, adding to her silvers in slopestyle and big air. This made her the most decorated freeskier in Olympic history with six medals across two Games. However, her victory was not easy. In her first run of the halfpipe event, Gu lost speed after landing her opening 900-degree spin. But she didn’t give up. In the second run, she landed back-to-back 900s perfectly and scored 94.00 points to take the lead. She improved her score to 94.75 in the final round and won the gold medal. Her teammate Li Fanghui took the silver, making it a one-two finish for China. Gu said the power of sport lies in its honesty — proof built through hard work rather than self-talk. “You don’t tell yourself ‘I’m great’; you just do it time and time again,” she explained. She also shared that she hadn’t trained in halfpipe for two months before the Games, calling her decision to compete in all three events “a big gamble”. Behind her success was a special promise. At the news conference, Gu revealed she was late because her grandma had just passed away. She didn’t promise her grandma a victory, but she pledged to be brave, just like her grandma had been. This promise became her motivation to keep going and take risks in the Games. “I’m happy I could uphold that promise and make her proud,” Gu said. 4. What did Gu Ailing achieve at the Milano-Cortina Winter Games? A. She won three gold medals in all freeskier events. B. She became the most decorated freeskier in Olympic history. C. She set a new world record in the halfpipe event. D. She helped China get its first gold medal in winter sports. 5. Why was Gu Ailing’s halfpipe victory not straightforward? A. She got injured in her first run. B. Her teammate Li Fanghui put great pressure on her. C. She performed poorly in her first run. D. She didn’t have enough time to prepare for it. 6. What can we infer from Gu Ailing’s words about the power of sport? A. Self-confidence is more important than hard work. B. Hard work and repetition can bring success. C. It’s easy to achieve success with self-talk. D. Taking risks is the key to winning medals. 7. What was Gu Ailing’s motivation in the Games? A. Winning more medals for China. B. Becoming the best freeskier in the world. C. Keeping her promise to her grandma. D. Proving herself to her fans and coaches. B. She became the most decorated freeskier in Olympic history. 定位原文第一段第二句“This made her the most decorated freeskier in Olympic history with six medals across two Games.”(这使她成为奥运会历史上获得奖牌最多的自由式滑雪运动员,两届奥运会共获得6枚奖牌),与选项B完全匹配。 C. She performed poorly in her first run. 定位原文第二段第二句“In her first run of the halfpipe event, Gu lost speed after landing her opening 900-degree spin.”(在U型池项目的第一轮比赛中,谷爱凌在完成开场的900度旋转落地后失去了速度),可推断她第一轮表现不佳,与选项C一致。 B. Hard work and repetition can bring success. 定位原文第三段第一句“Gu said the power of sport lies in its honesty — proof built through hard work rather than self-talk.”(谷爱凌说,体育的力量在于它的真诚——这种证明是通过努力而非自我安慰建立起来的),以及她的话“You don’t tell yourself ‘I’m great’; you just do it time and time again”(你不用告诉自己‘我很棒’,你只需要一次次去做),可推断“努力和重复练习能带来成功”,与选项B一致。 C. Keeping her promise to her grandma. 定位原文第四段,谷爱凌提到“她向奶奶承诺要勇敢,就像奶奶一样”,且“This promise became her motivation to keep going and take risks in the Games.”(这个承诺成为她在比赛中坚持下去、勇于冒险的动力),与选项C一致。 China Daily When the 2026 Spring Festival Gala was broadcast, humanoid robots appeared on stage, performing flipping, martial arts and other complex movements. This amazing performance not only attracted wide attention but also led to a sharp increase in robot rentals during the holiday, showing the rapid development and early application of humanoid robots in China. Four Chinese companies provided humanoid robots for the gala. Compared with last year’s robots that moved slowly and hesitantly, this year’s ones could sprint quickly, change formations while moving and finish difficult martial arts actions. Among them, robots from Unitree Robotics stood out most, showing backflips and synchronized combat with great speed and coordination. The company’s founder Wang Xingxing said their new robots used advanced autonomous control technology, making their movement speed five to ten times faster than last year’s models. This great progress lies in the development of embodied artificial intelligence (AI), which combines perception, decision-making and motion control. However, Wang pointed out that there are still technical bottlenecks in the “brain” of embodied AI, so the industry is still in the early stage of commercialization. Despite this, the commercial prospect is promising. A robot rental platform called Botshare received over 1,000 orders during the Spring Festival holiday, with its business volume expected to grow by 80%. Experts said China’s humanoid robots have made great progress in motor control. By 2025, China had more than 140 humanoid robot manufacturers and over 330 product models. In 2026, most provinces and cities in China have included the development of robotics in their government work reports. It is clear that humanoid robots in China are accelerating their shift from stage performances to practical use in homes and factories. 8. What happened after the 2026 Spring Festival Gala? A. Humanoid robots became less popular among the public. B. The rental demand for humanoid robots increased sharply. C. Unitree Robotics stopped producing old-model robots. D. The government stopped supporting robot development. 9. What does the underlined word “bottlenecks” in Paragraph 3 probably mean? A. Great progress B. Technical advantages C. Development barriers D. Commercial opportunities 10. What can we infer from the passage? A. China’s humanoid robots have no technical problems now. B. Humanoid robots will soon replace human workers in factories. C. China attaches great importance to the development of robotics. D. Foreign companies are leading the world in humanoid robot technology. 11. What is the main idea of the passage? A. The 2026 Spring Festival Gala introduced new robots. B. China’s humanoid robots are developing rapidly and moving towards practical use. C. Unitree Robotics has made great breakthroughs in robot technology. D. Embodied AI is the key to the development of humanoid robots. 定位原文第三段第二句“However, Wang pointed out that there are still technical bottlenecks in the ‘brain’ of embodied AI, so the industry is still in the early stage of commercialization.”(然而,王指出,具身人工智能的“大脑”仍存在技术瓶颈,因此该行业仍处于商业化早期阶段)。 C. China attaches great importance to the development of robotics. 定位原文最后一段“By 2025, China had more than 140 humanoid robot manufacturers and over 330 product models. In 2026, most provinces and cities in China have included the development of robotics in their government work reports.”(到2025年,中国已有140多家类人机器人制造商和330多种产品型号。 B. China’s humanoid robots are developing rapidly and moving towards practical use. China Daily Hangzhou, a city in Zhejiang province, has adopted a new public health regulation, which will take effect on Jan 1. It is China’s first local law focusing specifically on health promotion, aiming to strengthen community healthcare services and encourage people to live healthier lives. Weight management is identified as a key part of this regulation. This regulation comes as the whole country is pushing for healthy weight management through various plans and policies. While national measures offer general guidance, Hangzhou is the first city to turn these national goals into binding local laws by clearly adding weight management to its legal system. The regulation brings great support to frontline medical workers. Zhang Taoye, a community medical worker, said the regulation gives them clearer guidance and helps them carry out preventive work better. Community health institutions will expand services like nutritional counseling and scientific exercise guidance, and may set up health points to encourage residents to keep healthy. Moreover, Hangzhou plans to set up weight-management clinics or obesity treatment centers in all medical institutions above the secondary level. Medical workers point out that excess weight is closely related to chronic diseases such as hypertension and hyperlipidemia, and these dedicated clinics can help people prevent diseases and adopt healthier lifestyles more easily. The regulation has also been well-received by residents. A homemaker surnamed Li said the focus on low-salt and low-oil food fits her daily habits, especially for her children and the elderly. She also supports measures that make public sports facilities more accessible. For older residents like Shen Mei, the regulation’s requirement for regular nutritional monitoring and balanced meals in community canteens is particularly welcome. In short, Hangzhou’s new public health regulation is a pioneering step in turning national health goals into local laws. It not only supports medical workers in their work but also meets residents’ needs for healthier lives, playing an important role in promoting public health. 12. What is the main purpose of Hangzhou’s new public health regulation? A. To set up more hospitals in communities. B. To strengthen community healthcare and promote healthy lifestyles. C. To reduce the number of chronic diseases in the city. D. To make weight management a legal requirement for all residents. 13. What does the underlined word “binding” in Paragraph 2 probably mean? A. Having legal force B. Easy to understand C. Difficult to carry out D. Widely accepted 14. What can we infer from the passage? A. National health policies have no effect on local areas. B. Weight management is the only focus of the new regulation. C. The new regulation will help reduce the risk of chronic diseases. D. All community canteens in Hangzhou already provide balanced meals. 15. What is the main idea of the passage? A. How Hangzhou’s medical workers carry out their work. B. Residents’ opinions on Hangzhou’s new public health regulation. C. Hangzhou’s new public health regulation and its significance. D. The relationship between weight management and chronic diseases. B. To strengthen community healthcare and promote healthy lifestyles. 定位原文第一段第二句“It is China’s first local law focusing specifically on health promotion, aiming to strengthen community healthcare services and encourage people to live healthier lives.”(这是中国第一部专门聚焦健康促进的地方法律,旨在加强社区医疗服务,鼓励人们过更健康的生活),与选项B完全匹配,题干中的“main purpose”对应原文的“aiming to”。 第13题:A. 定位原文第二段第二句“While national measures offer general guidance, Hangzhou is the first city to turn these national goals into binding local laws by clearly adding weight management to its legal system.”(虽然国家措施提供了总体指导,但杭州是第一个通过将体重管理明确纳入其法律体系,将这些国家目标转化为具有约束力的地方法律的城市)。 C. The new regulation will help reduce the risk of chronic diseases. 定位原文第四段第二句“Medical workers point out that excess weight is closely related to chronic diseases such as hypertension and hyperlipidemia, and these dedicated clinics can help people prevent diseases and adopt healthier lifestyles more easily.”(医护人员指出,超重与高血压、高血脂等慢性病密切相关,而这些专门的诊所可以帮助人们更容易地预防疾病、养成更健康的生活方式),可推断“新条例将有助于降低慢性病的风险”,与选项C一致。 C. Hangzhou’s new public health regulation and its significance. China Daily Not long ago, traveling in China meant a busy and tiring itinerary. People tried to visit as many scenic spots as possible in a short time. Today, this trend has changed greatly, especially among young people who prefer a more relaxing travel style. ____16___ Li Yiran, a 28-year-old office worker from Shanghai, said she used to feel more tired after trips than before leaving. Now, she prefers to spend time slowly, like sitting with a cup of tea and enjoying the moment instead of collecting places. Across China, “slow travel” is becoming a popular trend among Gen Z and older millennials. ____17____ They choose fewer destinations, stay longer and focus more on immersive experiences rather than how many places they visit. A 2025 survey by China Youth Daily shows that 55.3 percent of young respondents prefer “immersive slow travel”, and over half like independent trips better than organized tours. ____18____ Once-popular “special-forces-style tourism” has been replaced by “low-consumption travel”, which focuses on less physical strain and more emotional gain. This shift is also reflected in people’s travel choices and business services. Meituan data shows that searches for “gentle adventures” rose sharply in 2025. ____19___ For example, on Foshan’s Xiqiao Mountain, the bungee jump is modified to lower people gently, and “lying-flat rafting” lets travelers float downstream slowly. Hotels and cities are also adapting to this trend. Hotels now emphasize comfort, such as spacious rooms and late checkout. ____20____ Young travelers are not just resting during slow travel; they also pay more attention to cultural experiences, like visiting historical sites and learning traditional crafts. Slow travel is not laziness, but a new way to enjoy travel. It redefines what travel means — it’s no longer about how far you go, but how deeply you experience the place. · A. This change is called “slow travel”. B. Travelers no longer pack their schedules tightly. C. Many scenic spots have redesigned their attractions to fit the new pace. D. People used to think the busier the trip, the better the experience. E. Cities guide visitors to places that are worth spending time in. F. Slow travel helps people relax and reduce pressure from work. G. The shift in travel style has also affected the tourism business. A. This change is called “slow travel”. B. Travelers no longer pack their schedules tightly. G. The shift in travel style has also affected the tourism business. C. Many scenic spots have redesigned their attractions to fit the new pace. 前文提到“Meituan data shows that searches for ‘gentle adventures’ rose sharply in 2025”(美团数据显示,温和冒险类旅游搜索量大幅上升),后文举例“Foshan’s Xiqiao Mountain modified bungee jump”“lying-flat rafting”(佛山西樵山调整蹦极、平躺漂流),选项C“许多景点重新设计了景点以适应新的节奏”引出后文的具体例证,符合“总-分”逻辑,衔接自然。 E. Cities guide visitors to places that are worth spending time in. 前文提到“Hotels and cities are also adapting to this trend. 改编自2025高考英语全国二卷读后续写文章 “What is your name?” is a question most frequently asked when people meet for the first time. Because(因为,表原因)、C. Ahead(在……前面)、D. Worth(值得),均无法体现“替代”逻辑。 前文提到“Instead of correcting others... I just smiled and nodded”(这种做法),此处“this approach”指代前文的做法,approach意为“方法、做法”,符合语境。 干扰项:B. tradition(传统)、C. discovery(发现)、D. agreement(同意),均与“不纠正别人的做法”无关。 干扰项:A. Therefore(因此,表结果)、B. Otherwise(否则,表假设)、D. Besides(此外,表递进),均无法体现转折逻辑。 干扰项:A. take(拿走)、C. gain(获得)、D. refuse(拒绝),均与“传递文化、分享自身文化”的语境不符。 干扰项:A. language(语言)、B. background(背景)、D. program(项目),均与原文核心主题“文化认同”不符。 “Sometimes I don’t like saying that I’m a teacher,” says Ho. “People get in their minds an idea of what teachers do, but that’s not really what it is here .” “Here” is room 386, where each year, about 500 LPCH _____36______(patient) also become students. School can keep those dreams _____45_____(live) by giving kids a way to learn and grow.” 前文提到“About half of Ho’s students stay for a week or less”(霍的大约一半学生停留一周或更短时间),此处“others”指代“剩下的学生”,构成“half...others...” “lessons and tests”与“use”之间为被动关系(课程和考试被在家乡学校使用),过去分词used作后置定语,修饰“lessons and tests”,相当于“which are used”,简化句子结构,符合语法规则和语境。 Dear Peter, I’m glad to receive your email and I’d like to tell you about the Campus Healthy Life Month held in our school recently. ________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________ I hope you can share some healthy life tips with me next time. She only started to exercise seven years ago after having a wake-up call. She’d been struggling with eating disorders and health issues, which ultimately led her to getting surgery. After that experience, she knew that she needed to make a change. Determined to turn her life around, Ms Donohue began to work out and follow a healthy lifestyle, before discovering a passion for weightlifting. Since setting out on the journey, the fitness lover has not only managed to grow an impressive set of muscles but also a huge following on social media. The well-liked grandma regularly posts workout content, explaining there’s no reason others can’t look this good. She said it was all down to some key aspects. “Hold on: Consider failure as a stepping stone to success and never give up. Stick to your plan,” she said. “Help others: Lift others up on your journey. Success is sweeter when shared.” She previously explained that “you do not need to have an amazing body to exercise... the goal is to feel good, not look good.” Ms Donohue used to be laughed at for being too old to work out, but she has proved the doubters wrong in the best possible way and has indeed become an inspiration for many social media users. One day, a young girl sent Ms Donohue a private message, pouring out her worries. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Touched by the girl’s progress, Ms Donohue decided to do more to help those in need. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 考点分析(贴合高考全国卷读后续写命题规律) 1. 答案详解(续写范文) Paragraph 1: One day, a young girl sent Ms Donohue a private message, pouring out her worries. She said she was 18 years old and had been struggling with body anxiety, too afraid to exercise for fear of being laughed at. She admired Ms Donohue’s courage but didn’t know how to start. Moved by the girl’s sincerity, Ms Donohue replied patiently, sharing her own initial struggles and encouraging her to take small steps. She suggested the girl start with simple exercises and focus on how her body felt rather than its appearance. Following the advice, the girl began to work out regularly and gradually gained confidence. Paragraph 2: Touched by the girl’s progress, Ms Donohue decided to do more to help those in need. She launched an online fitness group where she shared daily workout plans and positive messages. She also invited people with similar experiences to share their stories, creating a warm and supportive community. Many people, inspired by Ms Donohue and the group, overcame their doubts and started their fitness journeys. For Ms Donohue, this was the true meaning of success—sharing her strength and helping others shine, just as she had done herself. 1. Simple and common B改编自China Daily The 22-year-old Chinese freeski star Gu Ailing delivered an amazing performance at the Milano-Cortina Winter Games. C改编自China Daily When the 2026 Spring Festival Gala was broadcast, humanoid robots appeared on stage, performing flipping, martial arts and other complex movements. D改编自China Daily Hangzhou, a city in Zhejiang province, has adopted a new public health regulation, which will take effect on Jan 1. C. 改编自2025高考英语全国二卷读后续写文章 “What is your name?” is a question most frequently asked when people meet for the first time. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 第 1 页 共 4 页 学科网(北京)股份有限公司 $这是高三年级英语听力测试第一节,听下面五段录音,每段录音后有一个小题,从题中所给的ABC3个选项中选出最佳选项。 IT leaves in five minutes. IT was a disappointing experience, to say the least. The hotel was not at all as advertised on its website. The pictures showed beautiful gardens when, in truth, these gardens consisted of one set of roses next to the parking lot. The rest of the space around the hotel was taken up by a busy road and a vacant lot. A pool was advertised, but we found there was no water in IT. The only promise on the website that was kept was that free internet access would be available in the rooms. In addition, the rooms were in very poor condition. The door to my room was broken and only opened and shut with great difficulty and a loud bang, which is just shocking. Even worse, there were muddy hand friends in the shower. I felt like I needed to clean everything before I could use IT. IT was disgusting. If this hotel had been very cheap, perhaps the problems would be forgivable. However, IT was an average Price hotel. I would never recommend IT to anyone. Recently, I stayed at the royal inn in the town of bright bay. IT was a disappointing experience, to say the least.
