Research shows that kindness makes people feel happy. But why does kindness make people happy? And how does it happen? Here are a number of different ways.
Being kind can make someone smile. If you see yourself smiling in a situation, people around you may be smiling, too. This is especially true for your close friends and family. A kind act (行为) makes someone who is sad feel better. It can also make ourselves feel good.
Secondly, being kind starts or develops a social connection (联系) with others. Kind acts like buying someone a gift can make friendships stronger. Research shows that spending money on others’ needs may help you get a stronger feeling of happiness than spending it on yourself.

In March, a Chinese motorcycle brand called ZXMOTO made history. It achieved two victories in the World Supersport Championship in Portugal. This was the first time a Chinese brand beat famous big brands in this world-class competition.
Behind the success is a man named Zhang Xue. Born in a poor village, he left school early and became a motorcycle repair apprentice (学徒) at 14. Life was hard, but he never gave up his dream to be a motorcycle racer. At 19, Zhang did something crazy. Research shows that kindness makes people feel happy. But why does kindness make people happy? And how does it happen? Here are a number of different ways.
Being kind can make someone smile. If you see yourself smiling in a situation, people around you may be smiling, too. This is especially true for your close friends and family. A kind act (行为) makes someone who is sad feel better. It can also make ourselves feel good.

Behind the success is a man named Zhang Xue. Born in a poor village, he left school early and became a motorcycle repair apprentice (学徒) at 14.
