Artificial intelligence (AI) is changing our world fast. From smart phones to school tools, AI is everywhere. This makes “learning how to learn” a key skill for students today.
Dr. Demis Hassabis, a top AI scientist and 2024 Nobel Prize winner, says “learning how to learn” will help young people ____16____ in the AI era. He explains that AI can do many things — like solving math problems or summarizing articles — but it can’t teach people to find new knowledge ____17____ their own.
To build this skill, students need “meta-skills” (元技能). These are practical ____18____. For example, critical (批判性的) thinking helps students ____19____ if AI’s answers are right. Time management lets them study new subjects ____20____. Adapting to (适应) new tech also helps — since AI changes so fast.
Many schools are now ____21____ students for the AI future. They offer AI classes and ask students to ____22____ with AI tools. The goal isn’t to let AI do all the work, ____23____ to help students use AI wisely.
It’s important not to depend too much on AI. Students should remember: AI is a ____24____, not a replacement (替代品) for their own thinking. By mastering “learning how to learn”, they can keep up with changes and ____25____ success in the future.
16. A. play B. relax C. succeed
17. A. with B. on C. by
18. A. ways B. abilities C. advice

Ⅳ.阅读理解(共两节,满分45分)
第一节根据短文内容,从题中所给四个选项中,选出最佳答案。(每小题2分,满分40分)
A
Are you an “I” person or an “E” person? These two personality labels are widely discussed online. They are part of a popular personality test called MBTI. An “I” person is shy and enjoys his or her own time and inner world while an “E” person is outgoing, talkative and likes to make friends.
Many people in China are interested in it now. “Am I an ‘I’ person or an ‘E’ person?” They take the test to find out the answer.
It groups people into 16 types and explains why people make different decisions when they are in the same situation. For example, when asked how they spend weekends, “E” persons like to go to parties and make new friends; “I” persons are more likely to read at home and enjoy the time alone.
Using the MBTI result to identify (确认) and describe someone’s personality seems fun. But there are also problems. Some people take the test for a second time and get different results. Some people find it hard to answer some questions. “I like watching TV by myself. But I also enjoy playing with my friends. Am I an ‘I’ person or an ‘E’ person?” Personalities can change with time, and they are not black-or-white. You may be shy now but become outgoing when you get older. Don’t label yourself!
When you take a personality test, you may think, “Oh, that’s me.” That’s because the descriptions are generic (通用的) . They can be used to describe many people. So, don’t take it too seriously. The MBTI personality test may show something you don’t know about yourself and can even be a fun icebreaker question when you are meeting new friends. And that’s all for fun. Knowing someone’s MBTI result doesn’t mean you really know this person.
26. What can we know about MBTI from the text?
A. It should be taken seriously. B. It can describe a very small group of people.
C. It’s a popular personality test. D. It can’t be a fun icebreaker question.
27. Which one of the following characters is most likely an “I” person according to the text?
A. Nick is always ready to help others.
B. Joe likes sharing his everyday life with his friends.
C. Betty enjoys answering teachers’ questions in class.
D. Rose likes to stay at home and read her favourite books in her free time.
28. What does the underlined word “label” mean in Chinese?
A. 标签 B. 固化 C. 欺骗 D. 取笑
29. From the test we can know that ________.
A. MBTI can tell personality correctly B. MBTI can’t show something about ourselves
C. we can know someone only by MBTI D. we shouldn’t label ourselves by MBTI
30. What does the writer think of the MBTI text?
A. It’s just for fun. B. It can fully show who you are.
C. People should take it seriously. D. Everyone must take it to know themselves.

According to a report by MIT Technology Review on Apr. 1st, 2026, a new kind of part-time job is spreading quickly around the world. Common people can now get paid by recording their daily housework, which provides real action data (数据) to train human-like robots.
Most of these workers come from Nigeria, India and the Philippines. They wear small cameras on their heads and film (拍摄) simple daily tasks, such as washing dishes, cleaning rooms, using household tools and making simple meals. At about 15 dollars an hour, the pay is much better than most local part-time jobs.
A technology company named Micro1 has hired (雇佣) thousands of workers in over 50 countries to collect such real-life data. The videos are first checked by AI, and then workers carefully mark every human movement by hand. Real human videos are much more useful than computer simulations (模拟), helping robots copy natural movements and deal with real home environments.
However, this new job also raises public worries. Recording private (私人的) life at home may bring privacy risks, and many people question whether personal data is used properly. The report still says real human data is necessary for the future of home robots. Everyday housework has become valuable resources to push AI development, and these workers will keep supporting smart home robots around the world.
31. Common people are paid to do this new part-time job by ________.
A. cleaning houses for the company
B. recording housework for robot training
C. making human-like robots by themselves
D. helping AI companies sell more robots
32. How do those workers film their daily housework?
A. By taking photos with their smartphones.
B. By writing down what they do on the paper.
C. By wearing small cameras on their heads.
D. By working with the human-like robots.
33. What is the main idea of Para 3?
A. How Micro1 collects and uses the video data.
B. How much workers can make from this job.
C. Why real videos are better than computer simulations.
D. Where Micro1 has hired its workers.
34. What is people’s main worry about this job?
A. The workers will lose their jobs soon.
B. The robots are not easy to control.
C. The videos are difficult to collect.
D. Recording home life brings privacy risks.
35. What can we learn from the passage?
A. This job is only popular in developed countries.
B. AI can check the videos better than human workers.
C. Real human data are important for the development of home robots.
D. Few people think this job is bad for their privacy.
C
The rise of AI doctors is really happening now. In different parts of China, AI doctors are bringing big changes to the medical field.
In February 2025, Beijing Children’s Hospital brought in the country’s first AI pediatrician (儿科医生). An 8-year-old boy had a sudden and serious illness. Thirteen top experts were trying hard to find the best treatment (治疗). At the same time, the AI doctor came up with a treatment plan and it was like the human doctors’ thoughts.
In Shandong, a couple were very distressed when their child had a high fever. They decided to try DeepSeek before going to the hospital: After putting in the description of the illness, the AI said it was probably a bacterial infection (细菌感染) and suggested some medicine. When they went to the hospital, the doctor gave exactly the same medicine.
Even in some villages of Jiangsu, AI doctors help patients tell about their illnesses and make it easier for disabled people to move around in the hospital.
★ . They can help top doctors make better choices and they can also make healthcare easier for everyone in the country. However, AI doctors need to make more improvements. As one doctor said, “AI doctors can give us ideas, but we still need the care given by humans.”
36. How does the writer describe the AI doctor’s role in Paragraph 2?
A. By listing many numbers. B. By telling a real story.
C. By asking some questions. D. By teaching a lesson.
37. What does the underlined word “distressed” in Paragraph 3 mean?
A. Bored. B. Relaxed. C. Excited. D. Worried.
38. What can we learn about AI doctors from the passage?
A. AI doctors cannot offer help in villages.
B. AI doctors can help disabled people move around in the hospital.
C. AI doctors are able to do everything for patients.
D. AI doctors don’t need improvements any more.
39. Which sentence can be put in ★ ?
A. All these examples show us two important things AI doctors can do.
B. AI doctors have some disadvantages.
C. AI doctors can do better than human doctors.
D. AI doctors can prevent people from bacterial infection.
40. Which is the right structure of the passage? (①= Paragraph 1, ②= Paragraph 2, ...)
A. B. C. D.
D
①Recently, a great scientific discovery surprised the world. Chinese scientists found a new method to produce water on the Moon. It could change how we think about living on the Moon in the future!
②In the past, missions to the Moon showed that there might be ice at the Moon’s north and south poles (极地). However, there isn’t much water in lunar soil—only a little, like 0. 0001 percent to 0.02 percent. This makes it hard to find and use water there. So it’s difficult for people to expect to live on the Moon.
③The researchers, however, found something exciting after studying the rocks and soil from the Moon brought back by the Chang’e-5 spacecraft (嫦娥五号月球探测器). One of the exciting things they discovered is that lunar soil melts (融化) when it reaches over 1,000℃. When it begins to melt, it produces water vapor (蒸汽). They learned that just 100g of lunar soil can give us 5.1g to 7.6g of water. So, if we had one ton of lunar soil, we could get between 51kg and 76kg of water. That’s enough to give drinking water to 50 people for one day!
④All in all, this research opens up new possibilities for finding water on the Moon. It’s important for future trips to the Moon and people who might live there one day. As we learn more about how to make water from lunar soil, we get closer to the dream of humans living on the Moon. This discovery could help make that dream come true!
41. What is the discovery about?
A. Ice at the Moon’s north and south poles.
B. A new way to travel to the Moon safely.
C. A new method to produce water on the Moon.
D. Rocks and soil are building materials on the Moon.
42. Why does the writer speak of the earlier research in Paragraph 2?
A. To show that the earlier research was wrong.
B. To compare it with the new scientific discovery.
C. To prove that there is no running water on the Moon.
D. To find out why people wanted to live on the Moon before.
43. How much water may scientists get if they have 1,000g of lunar soil?
A. B. C. D.
44. What’s the writer’s attitude towards the dream of living on the Moon?
A. Positive. B. Worried. C. Surprised. D. Unclear.
45. The passage is trying to tell us that ________.
A. humans are the builders of the moon.
B. mistakes often help scientists find the truth.
C. scientific discoveries keep on moving forward.
D. future space exploration faces challenges and chances.

To use the Internet properly and safely, we must limit our online time. We should make full use of it for learning. Also, never share personal information with strangers or meet them alone.
Let’s follow these rules and enjoy the online world wisely.
