Nelson Mandela was born in South Africa in 1918.When he was young,he was a smart and hard-
working boy.He finished his junior high school studies in two years instead of the usual three years.
In 1948,ncw laws were introduced to separate (Black people from White people.They were not
allowed to marry,eat in the same restaurants,or attend the same schools.Mandela decided to fight for the
rights of Black people.
