语法聚焦 - 过去进行时 (Past Continuous)
核心结构 Structure
Subject + was/were + Verb-ing
主要用法 Usage
表示过去某个时间点或时间段正在进行的动作。常与特定的时间状语(如 at 8 o'clock yesterday, when...)连用。

一般过去时 (Simple Past)
