Is it OK to feel sad sometimes? Everyone feels unhappy from time to time, so you’re not alone. And it’s normal for your feelings to change at your age. If you’re worried about something, find a friendly person to talk to, like your parents, friends, or teachers. Talking makes problems easier to solve.
________ Yes! It can be harmful to your ears if the music is too loud. But how do you know when it’s too loud? If someone sitting next to you can hear the music in your earphones (耳机), then you’d better make it quieter.

Taiyuan Daily Report
On 21st March, a man had a sudden heart problem at the subway station. Zhang Hua, a 15-year-old teenager kept calm and did CPR to the man. At the same time, another warm-hearted woman called 120 at once. With their help, the man was saved in time.
“I just learned the first aid training lessons at school two weeks ago. I never thought I would need to use them so soon, but I’m glad I knew what to do,” Zhang Hua told Taiyuan Daily.
Accidents happen more often than you think. Every year in China, about 3.2 million people die in accidents—that’s almost six people every minute. Scientists say that the 10 minutes after an accident can make the difference between life and death: This is why learning first aid is so important for everyone.
Common first aid training teaches you how to deal with emergencies (突发情况), do CPR (心肺复苏), and treat things like burns, bleeding and broken bones.
You can learn first aid by visiting the official website of China First Aid Training. You can also read books or watch videos that can be found on free Apps. Going to some first aid camps is also a good idea, and it takes only a few hours to learn some useful skills there.

Emotions are like a mirror of the heart, reflecting our thoughts and feelings. As teenagers, we often face small troubles that make us sad. But remember: a positive mind can turn challenges into growth.
Last month, I failed a math test badly. I felt so upset that I avoided talking to anyone. My mom noticed my silence and took me to watch a movie called Inside Out. It shows how different emotions work together. After that, I opened up to her. I said, “I’m scared of letting others down.” She hugged me and said, “Failure is just a stop, not the end.” I studied efficiently, asked teachers for help and did extra exercises. Two weeks later, I improved my score by 20 points.
This experience taught me that sadness doesn’t last forever. When we talk about our feelings and take action, problems become easier to solve.
