Anger is a feeling built into us to signal (标志) that something needs to be addressed. When we take notice of that signal and actually solve the problem, we usually feel much better for it. Unluckily, many of us have been used to keeping our feelings hidden. A research suggested that this can have long-term bad influences on our health.
Is it better, to cry or smash (打碎) things whenever something makes you mad in a “safe” environment? But the research points out the more time you keep being angry, the worse result you’ll receive. So how can you deal with your angry feeling correctly?
First, know what makes you angry. Anger is often caused by feelings of fear, anxiety (焦虑), or disappointment. Maybe you’re mad that your family is late, but actually, you were afraid he or she might have a car accident because of the bad weather. Also, pay closer attention to those daily things that make you angry.
One method of dealing with anger is to talk about it. The study has shown that if you share your feelings, you can actually take a chill pill and feel better.
Do some controlled breathing or some physical activities. Exercise helps deal with the feeling of anger. If you learn to deal with anger, you will be healthier.

Have you ever heard of giant kelp (巨藻) forest, a forest that grows under the sea? Trees do not grow in this forest but seaweed (海藻) which is called giant kelp does! A kelp forest is home to many animals.
A kelp forest is a safe place where animals come to be safe and always get away happily. When they come to hide, they find food there. They come to lay eggs and have their babies. Giant kelp plants grow tall and move slowly in the water. To some extent (程度), they look a bit like trees.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Li Hua. I’m writing to recommend myself to be the volunteer of the library in our community.
I have some advantages for this volunteer work. I love reading and I am always willing to help others. I am also careful and responsible in my work.
If I am lucky enough to be a volunteer, I will try my best to do the following things. I will organize reading activities to encourage residents to read more books. I will recommend a good book every week to inspire their interest in reading. I also plan to set up a reading corner where residents can share their reading experiences.
I believe that doing voluntary work is very meaningful. It can not only help others improve their reading skills but also enrich my own life.
I will be thankful if I get the chance.
Best wishes,
Li Hua
