How was your weekend? Did you visit your grandparents? ，引导学生用简单句回应，激活旧知。 课前让学生带一张自己社区或家附近的“老照片”（或网上找一张旧图片）。 课堂上，教师先展示自己的旧照片，用简单英语描述：Look! This was my neighbourhood 10 years ago. There was a small shop. The roads were narrow. 请2-3名学生展示自己的照片，用1-2句简单英语描述（可提前给句型提示）。 设计意图：用轻松的问候和生活话题拉近距离，激活学生已有的形容词词汇储备，为新课做铺垫。用对比图片直观呈现“变化”主题，自然引入新课，符合学生的认知水平。 Step 2: Presentation 活动1： 1.将反义词（tall-short, new-old, big-small, wide-narrow）制成双面卡片（一面词，一面图）。 教师说句子：The road was narrow in the past. 学生举起“wide”卡片并说：Now it is wide. 小组内轮流说句子，其他成员举卡片并回应。 2. 播放录音，完成课本习题1，让学生带着问题听： Which pictures show the changes? ，听完后请学生分享答案，教师核对：第一组选B（道路宽窄对比），第二组选C（老房变新村） 3. 再听一遍，让学生跟读录音中的关键词，强化 wide, narrow, new, old 等词汇。 活动2：Learn the opposites (课本第3题) 1. 展示课本中的反义词框： tall—short ，引导学生补全其他反义词：  new — old   big — small   wide — narrow  2. 带读3遍，让学生跟读，用动作、图片帮助理解（如用手势表示 wide 和 narrow ，展示 new 和 old 的物品图片）。 3. 完成短文填空：I visited my grandma today. People are very happy with the changes. 4. 全班齐读短文，学生领读，纠正发音，重点讲解 apartment building, mall, subway 等生词。 活动3：Read the conversation (课本第2题) 1. 播放对话录音，让学生带着问题听： What changes are there in Grandma's neighbourhood? ，听完后请学生尝试回答，教师补充。 2. 逐句讲解对话，重点标注变化信息，要求学生划线：  We have the lifts. They help a lot.   Many old apartment buildings in my neighbourhood have lifts now.  The roads are wider too. Yes, they were indeed narrow in the past.  There is a new park on the street corner.  There will be a big mall and a new subway.  3. 分角色朗读：2人一组，一人扮演Shanshan，一人扮演Grandma，教师巡视辅导，邀请2组学生展示，给予鼓励。 设计意图：从听力到词汇再到对话，循序渐进，符合学生的学习节奏，避免难度跳跃。用直观的图片、动作帮助理解生词，降低学习门槛；分角色朗读让学生在语境中运用语言，提升口语能力。划线标注变化信息，培养学生提取关键信息的能力，落实思维品质目标。 Step 3: Practice 活动1： 1.  游戏规则：教师说一个形容词，学生快速说出反义词，依次接力，说错的同学坐下，最后站着的同学获胜。 例：Teacher:  tall  → Student A:  short  → Student B:  new  → Student C:  old ... 2. 难度升级：教师说句子，学生用反义词改写，如： The road is narrow.  →  The road is wide.  3. 给学生提前准备提示卡，降低难度，确保全员参与。 活动2：Complete the interview table (课本第4题) 1.  展示采访问题： Mum, how was your neighbourhood in the past? Was there a park around your neighbourhood? Where did you buy things in those days? 2. 小组讨论：4人一组，模拟采访，填写表格（以课本示例为模板），教师给学生提供参考句型： Past:  There was no park before. / There were no tall buildings. / The roads were narrow.  Present:  There is a park now. / There are many tall buildings. / The roads are wide.  3. 邀请2组学生分享表格内容，全班核对。 Past Present There was no park before. People are very happy.  3. 教师巡视，辅导学生组织语言，纠正语法错误（如 was/were 的使用）。 4. 展示分享：邀请3名学生上台朗读自己的作文，全班给予掌声鼓励，教师点评亮点。 设计意图： 从口头表达过渡到书面写作，落实语言能力目标；分层写作满足不同学生的需求，学生能完成基础任务，增强自信心。真实语境的写作任务，让学生将所学知识运用到实际生活中，培养热爱家乡的情感，落实文化意识目标。 Step 5: Summary & Homework 活动1：Summary 1.  师生共同回顾本节课重点： 反义词： tall-short, new-old, big-small, wide-narrow  对比句型： There was/were... (in the past)  vs  There is/are...
