Present some pictures about corals and coral reefs. Ask students some related questions. 2. Invite some students to share answers and pre-teach the new words“coral”“reef”and “snorkel”during the process. 3. Play a video to introduce the coral reefs so that students can have a better understanding. 4. Ask students where the most beautiful coral reefs are in the world and present some beautiful photos of the Great Barrier Reef to lead in the topic. Free Talk 1. Have students look at the title and pictures in 3a and infer what type of writing it is or what the writing is for. 2.
