A.their B.your C.his D.her 【答案】D 【解析】句意:怀特老师是我们学校受欢迎的老师,我们都喜欢她。 their他们的;your你的;his他的;her她,她的。 D。 2.Judy usually has a swimming lesson ________ Sundays. A.on B.in C.of D.at 【答案】A 【解析】句意:朱迪通常在周日有一节游泳课。 on在(某一天);in在(某年、月、季节等);of…… A。 3.If you want to get along with your classmates, you ________ shout at them. A.needn’t B.can’t C.may not D.shouldn’t 【答案】D 【解析】句意:如果你想和你的同学相处得好,你不应该对他们大喊大叫。 needn’t不必;can’t不能;may not可能不;shouldn’t不应该。根据“get along with your classmates”的语境,此处强调“不应该做某事”以维持良好关系。故选D。 4.I ran ________ than Nick in the sports meeting last year. A.fast B.faster C.fastest D.the fastest 【答案】B 【解析】句意:在去年的运动会上,我跑得比尼克快。 B。 5.—_______did your uncle leave his hometown?       —He _______ for nearly 20 years. A.When; has left. B.When; has been away. C.How long; has left. D.How long; has been away. When; has been away。 6.Martha helped me a lot, ________ I want to send her a thank-you card. A.or B.but C.so D.and 【答案】C 【解析】句意:Martha帮了我很多,所以我想给她寄一张感谢卡。 or或者;but但是;so所以;and和。前半句“Martha helped me a lot”是原因,后半句“I want to send her a thank-you card”是结果,因此用表示结果的连词so连接。故选C。 7.Please remember ________ the light when you leave the room. A.to turn off B.turning off C.to take away D.taking away 【答案】A 【解析】句意:当你离开房间时,请记得关灯。 turn off关闭;take away拿走。 本句中“when you leave the room”提示动作尚未发生,因此用动词不定式的to turn off。故选A。 8.When I ________, my mobile phone rang. A.work B.am working C.worked D.was working 【答案】D 【解析】句意:当我正在工作时,我的手机响了。 D。 9.Our teacher reminds us ________ the school uniform for tomorrow’s school trip. A.wear B.to wear C.wearing D.wore 【答案】B 【解析】句意:老师提醒我们明天的学校旅行要穿校服。 B。 10.When I was young, my father taught me ________ the piano. A.play B.plays C.to play D.played 【答案】C 【解析】句意:当我年轻的时候,我父亲教我弹钢琴。 C。 11.—Where’s your mum, Sam? —She ________ in the kitchen now. A.will cook B.cooked C.cooks D.is cooking 【答案】D 【解析】句意:——Sam,你妈妈在哪?——她现在正在厨房做饭。 D。 12.—Could you please tell me ________? —In a village in Mentougou. A.where were you born B.where you were born C.when you were born D.when were you born 【答案】B 【解析】句意:——你能告诉我你出生在哪里吗?——在门头沟的一个村庄。 宾语从句需用陈述句语序(主语+谓语),排除A、D;根据答语“In a village…” Jim lived in a lovely family with his parents. She did not want any mistakes with her apple sauce. Sam happily walked away to pick the small apples. Soon he showed Molly his bag and said excitedly, “I have got so many!” Molly did not care. She hoped Sam would stay out of the way so she could rush home and take the perfect apple sauce. As soon as they got home, Molly washed the beautiful apples. Dad helped her cut them and put them into the big pot on the stove. As the apples softened, the kitchen began to smell so sweet. Molly did not care. She hoped Sam would stay out of the way, so she could rush home and make the perfect apple sauce. Suddenly, Sam put his small, sour apples into the pot before Molly could stop him. “No!” Molly cried in anger, trying to pull out Sam’s apples. But it was too late. “It’s OK,” Dad said. “Maybe it won’t be so bad.” But Molly wasn’t so sure. Finally, all the apples turned into apple sauce. Molly refused (拒绝) to try the sauce at first. Dad held a spoon to Molly’s mouth, and she tasted just a little. “Wow!”  her eyes lit up. “This tastes amazing!” Dad smiled. “See? Things may not go as planned. These moments are more than just dates on a calendar. For families, celebrations create a family “lore”—the things you do and the way you behave together each and every year. But what can make the celebrations memorable (难忘的)? One key factor (因素) is the small details. Thoughtful touches, such as personalized favors, a handwritten note full of warm wishes or a heartfelt speech, can leave a lasting impression on family members. These details show that we’ve tried hard to ensure everyone feels special and much loved. When people notice these efforts, they’re more likely to remember the celebrations deeply and talk about them for years. Enjoyable entertainment (娱乐) is also one of the important factors. It makes the celebration stand out in our memories longer. During the Mid-Autumn Festival, some families go beyond just eating mooncakes. They organize a lively lantern-making competition, or have a storytelling about Chang’e under the moon. These lively designs create laughter and joy, turning the evening into an unforgettable experience. The time we spend with our family or friends truly matters. People always try their best to make all the things perfect. However, this may ruin the holidays as it can make us busy. We spend so much time getting everything ready like the food and the gifts. But do we ever stop and ask: Why are we really doing this? We have little time left for simply being with our loved ones. We may fail to notice the true meaning of the celebration in all the busy work. In a word, the most valuable memories often come from simple, heartfelt experiences. Valuing the little things, doing something enjoyable and being truly present with your family may be the real secrets to forming memories that last. 27.According to the passage, which of the following can best create a family “lore”? A.Moving to a nice house. B.Writing a heartfelt note. C.Preparing expensive gifts. D.Inviting new friends home. 28.Why does the writer mention the Mid-Autumn Festival in Paragraph 3? A.To stress that traditional food connects families. B.To show that fun activities bring lasting memories. C.To introduce the culture of important festivals. D.To suggest that ancient stories appear in celebrations. 29.What is the passage mainly about? A.Key tips to make celebrations impressive. B.Thoughtful ideas making celebrations simple. C.The historical development of family traditions. D.Ways to organize a family gathering step by step. 【答案】27.B 28.B 29.A 【导语】本文主要探讨了让家庭庆祝活动难忘的因素,指出小细节、有趣的娱乐活动以及与家人朋友共度的时光是关键,最后总结最有价值的记忆往往来自简单、真心的体验,强调重视小事、享受乐趣、与家人真诚相伴是形成持久记忆的真正秘诀。 27.细节理解题。根据“For families, celebrations create a family ‘lore’—the things you do and the way you behave together each and every year...can leave a lasting impression on family members.”可知,对于家庭来说,庆祝活动会创造家庭“传统”,其中一个关键因素是小细节,比如一张充满温暖祝福的手写便条等能给人留下深刻印象,所以写一张真诚的便条能最好地创造家庭“传统”。故选B。 28.推理判断题。根据“Enjoyable entertainment (娱乐) is also one of the important factors. It makes the celebration stand out in our memories longer.”以及“During the Mid-Autumn Festival, some families go beyond just eating mooncakes...turning the evening into an unforgettable experience.” A。 D 3D Printing Will Improve Our Food Choices In early summer 2016, Londoners were treated to a new trend (潮流) in dining. Food Ink, the world’s first 3D printing restaurant, opened to a special group of customers who dined on a nine-course meal prepared right before their eyes using 3D printers. Even the restaurant’s tables and chairs, lamps, cups, and plates were created with 3D technology. With London just the beginning, Food Ink plans to bring its restaurant form to other cities around the world. Like other 3D applications, printing food is a process that builds layers (层) upon layers of material on top of each other. Each layer is pushed through a print head to form an object with a desired shape, texture, size, and so on. Unlike other 3D printing, which uses spool (绕线轮) to create objects out of plastic, food materials (材料) in 3D printing are put into a syringe-like container (注射器形状的容器) which are then pressed into the shape required. Any food materials that can be pureed (煮成糊状) or turned into a paste can be used in 3D food printing. Fine dining is only one aspect of how the food industry is going to be improved by 3D printing. Researchers have been exploring ways to use 3D printing to deal with world hunger. Mass production of food using powdered (粉末状的) nutritional ingredients (营养成分) could help feed a growing population. The 3D-printed food would have the advantage of being produced cheaply and having a long shelf life. This is especially important with the world population projected to be 8.5 billion by 2030. The technology will also enable consumers to quickly make meals with ingredients to suit their special health needs. Take the example of feeding elderly people, who often need to have their food pureed because they have problems with swallowing and chewing (咀嚼). Many elderly people do not like their food like pureed food and they don’t eat it. The Netherlands Organization for applied scientific research is turning to 3D printing to mash up peas, cabbages, and carrots to produce 3D-printed versions of the vegetables. These are easier to chew but keep their shape because of the addition of a gelling agent (胶凝剂). The 3D-printed vegetables are being served throughout nursing homes in Germany very soon. It seems that there is no end to the potential (潜力) of 3D printing. In 2013, NASA offered a large amount of money to develop a functional 3D food printer. The printer aims to create nutritional food to feed astronauts on long space missions. From creating special restaurant meals, to improving nutrition, to potentially feeding the world, 3D food printing is creating exciting new possibilities for food. 30.What can we learn about 3D food printing? A.3D food printing is developing for astronauts on space missions. B.3D food printing ends world hunger with its cheaply-produced food. C.3D food printing is being widely applied in fine dining restaurants. D.3D food printing differs from other 3D printing in the process of building layers. 31.The word “desired” in Paragraph 2 probably mean “________”. A.improved B.discovered C.avoided D.expected 32.What does Paragraph 4 mainly tell us? A.3D food printing solved the elders’ eating problems with pureed food. B.Consumers can use 3D food printing quickly to make healthy meals. C.The Netherlands Organization is doing research on 3D food printing. D.3D food printing technology will meet people’s special health needs. 33.What is the writer’s main purpose in writing this passage? A.To explain how 3D food printing works. B.To discuss what 3D food printing has brought us. C.To show the possibilities created by 3D food printing. D.To stress the importance of 3D food printing to the world. 【答案】30.A 31.D 32.D 33.C 【导语】本文是一篇说明文,主要介绍了3D食物打印技术,包括其在餐厅的应用、与其他3D打印的不同之处,以及在应对世界饥饿、满足特殊健康需求和太空任务等方面展现出的潜力,展示了这一技术为食物领域带来的诸多令人兴奋的新可能性。 30.细节理解题。根据“In 2013, NASA offered a large amount of money to develop a functional 3D food printer. The printer aims to create nutritional food to feed astronauts on long space missions.”可知,3D食物打印正为执行太空任务的宇航员进行研发,故选A。 31.词句猜测题。根据“Each layer is pushed through a print head to form an object with a desired shape, texture, size, and so on.” Everyone needs water, and every drop is important. On 22 March, World Water Day draws attention to the importance of water in our lives, the difficulties many people have getting clean water, and solutions to these problems. Why do we need water? The human body is composed of around 60% water, and we need to drink lots of water to be healthy. As well as needing clean water to drink, we need it for cooking, washing and brushing our teeth. Cleaning toilets also needs a lot of water. Farmers use water to make the plants grow. A lot of water is used to produce the clothes we wear. Do you know that it takes about 2,700 liters of water to make one T-shirt? Does everyone have enough water? We all need water to stay alive, but more than two billion people around the world live without safe water in their homes. Many of them live in countryside or in places where there is a war. Some people live in desert and it is very hot, so it is very difficult for them to get water. What are the consequences (后果) ? If we drink dirty water, we will become ill. In some countries, women and children walk many kilometers every day to get water, and sometimes the water isn’t even clean! If children spend most of their day walking to get water, they can’t go to school, so they don’t learn how to read or write and don’t get an education. What happens on World Water Day? In 1992, the United Nations decided to make a special day for water, and World Water Day has been celebrated on 22 March every year since 1993. On this day, many countries hold events to educate people about the problems of dirty water and to try to find solutions to provide everyone around the world with clean water. A lot of charities (慈善机构) hold activities for World Water Day. People make posters to tell the importance of saving water. They also sell their old books to raise money. All the money helps buy taps and toilets and provide clean water for as many people as possible around the world. So, this World Water Day, what will you do? 34.When is World Water Day? 35.How much water does it take to make a T-shirt? 36.What will happen if you drink dirty water? 37.Would you like to take part in World Water Day activities? Why or why not?  (Please give two reasons.) 【答案】34.World Water Day is on 22 March every year. 35.It takes about 2,700 liters of water to make one T-shirt. 36.If we drink dirty water, we will become ill. 37.Yes, I want to join World Water Day activities. First, I think it’s crucial to let people know about the world’s water problem and how much we need clean water. By taking part in these activities, I can help spread this important message and motivate others to do something. Second, I like being part of events that bring our community together to make the world a better place. World Water Day gives us a chance to work together to achieve the goal of giving everyone clean water. 【导语】本文是一篇说明文,主要讲述了水的重要性、全球部分人群缺水的情况及后果,还有世界水日的相关活动等内容。 34.根据“World Water Day has been celebrated on 22 March every year since 1993.”可知,世界水日在每年的3月22日。故填World Water Day is on 22 March every year. 35.根据“Do you know that it takes about 2,700 liters of water to make one T-shirt?”可知,制作一件T恤大约需要2700升水。故填It takes about 2,700 liters of water to make one T-shirt. 36.根据“If we drink dirty water, we will become ill.”可知,喝脏水会生病。故填If we drink dirty water, we will become ill. 37.开放性作答,答案不唯一,合理即可。故填Yes, I want to join World Water Day activities. Molly was picking apples with her dad on the farm. She was careful to pick the big and sweet apples only because she wanted to make the best apple sauce (酱) and win first place in her town’s Best Apple Sauce Competition. She wanted everything to be perfect. “Molly, I am coming!” said Sam, Molly’s little brother, with a small bag in his hand. “Go and pick apples over there.” Molly said coldly, pointing to an old apple tree with small, sour (酸的) apples. Sometimes mistakes can turn out to be good surprises.” Molly nodded with a shy smile. She hugged Sam and said, “We will win first place together this year.” 24.What kind of apples did Molly pick? A.Big but sour. B.Big and sweet. C.Small but sweet. D.Small and sour. 25.Molly refused to taste the apple sauce at first because A.it was too hot for her B.her dad did not help her C.she thought it would be bad D.Tom had tasted it already 26.What lesson could Molly learn from this experience? A.The value of teamwork is important. B.Perfect things often bring us good luck. C.Sometimes wonderful things are unplanned. D.New ideas usually come from careful planning. C Throughout our lives, we mark time with special celebrations. D 3D Printing Will Improve Our Food Choices In early summer 2016, Londoners were treated to a new trend (潮流) in dining. 第二部分 本部分共5题,共20分。根据题目要求,完成相应任务。 四、阅读表达(第1-3题每题2分,第4题4分,共10分) 阅读短文,根据短文内容回答问题。 Everyone needs water, and every drop is important. (Please give two reasons.) 五、文段表达(10分) 从下面两个题目中任选一题,根据所给的中文和英文提示,完成一篇不少于50词的英语文段写作。文中已给出的内容不计入总词数。所给提示词语仅供选用。请不要写出真实的校名、姓名和地名。 假设你是李华,你的英国笔友Tony最近身体不适,医生建议他多做运动,但他不知道选择什么样的运动,想听听你的建议。请给他回一封邮件,谈谈你所做的运动,并提出你的建议。 提示词语:health, swimming, relaxing, improve, fun 提示问题:·What kind of sports have you done? ·How often do you do it? ·Why is it suitable for Tony? Molly was picking apples with her dad on the farm. She wanted everything to be perfect. “Molly, I am coming!” said Sam, Molly’s little brother, with a small bag in his hand. “Go and pick apples over there.” Molly said coldly, pointing to an old apple tree with small, sour (酸的) apples. C Throughout our lives, we mark time with special celebrations. D 3D Printing Will Improve Our Food Choices In early summer 2016, Londoners were treated to a new trend (潮流) in dining. 第二部分 本部分共5题,共20分。根据题目要求,完成相应任务。 四、阅读表达(第1-3题每题2分,第4题4分,共10分) 阅读短文,根据短文内容回答问题。 Everyone needs water, and every drop is important.
