Section Ⅲ　Integrated skills——写一份计划书 [文体感知] 计划书是做某件事情的详细建议，读者可以从中更好地了解一个项目或者活动。计划书一般包括主题和事件。通常按照时间顺序组织安排科学节事件，每一个事件单独成段。写计划书时要记住目的读者是哪些，计划书的目的是什么，以及要写的内容。写学校科学节计划书应当使用有礼貌的书面语，避免使用主观看法，避免用“你(们)”称呼读者，避免使用缩略语和过多使用简短句。 [常用表达] 1．正式用语和礼貌 正式用语一般较为礼貌，用词较多，一般用于严肃场合或者涉及不熟悉的人。使用正式用语需要避开以下几点： (1)避开主观看法 The competition helps students overcome the fear of public speaking. 这次比赛帮助同学们克服公共演讲的恐惧。 (2)不要用第二人称 (You)The students need to take notes during the lecture and exchange (your) their ideas after that. 同学们要在演讲期间做笔记并在此后交换看法。 (3)不要使用缩略语 (It’s) It is an instructive event not to be missed by any enthusiastic youth.这是热情澎湃的年轻人不应错过的有意义的重大事件。 (4)不要过多使用简短句。 比如如下的描述可以改写成正式语言。 The salon is open to everyone.
