I think mental health is just as important as physical health because if your mind isn’t in a good place, it can totally mess with your body too. Like, if you’re super stressed all the time, you might get headaches or even feel too tired to exercise. And when you feel mentally good, it’s way easier to stay active and take care of your physical health.
