Have you ever wondered what your life will be like in the future? Do you want to talk to your future self? A new online chat App called Furure You has made this possible, reported MIT News in October.

Furure You was made by scientists from the US. Using AI, the program begins by asking you questions about your looks, lives and future plans. Al then uses all of these to make a model of you at the age of 60. You can ask this older"you" questions and get to know how to be better for the future.

The App can even show you a picture of what you might look like when you are 60. A scientist from MIT, Patti e Maes, says Furure You is very detailed and makes the future"you" seem very real. The people who made Furure You say it helps people think about the long term by making them feel more joined with their future self. The more you feel, the better decisions you' ll be able to make for your future, like saving money or studying hard.

Scientists tested Furure You with 344 people. Those who talked to Furure You for 10 to 30 minutes felt less worried and more excited about the future, than those who just filled out surveys.

However, Furure You has some limits(限制). "It's not clear if people really change their actions after talking to their future self," Ivo Vlaev from the UK's University of Warwick says, "Also, the AI can only show one possible future, not many different ones."
