1、 学习理解
Step 1. Let's review
1. Look and say
Students can say the name of special days by the pictures.
2. Guess and say
(1) .Guess the phrases of contact ways by pictures.
(2) .Use the phrases to make sentence: I would like to ...
I’d like to ...
Step 2. Let's read
1. Lead in.
(1) . T: What do you know about the email ?
(2).Show information of the email,guide students to know the key words.
2.Study and complete the tasks.
Task 1: Listen and think: What would Tom like to do?
Task 2:Scan and underline:What can Tom and Binbin do in the park?
Task 3:Read and know (Solve new words)
Task 4:Read the email again and mark.
Circle the place, wave line the time, under line the activities.
Task 5:Tick the things that Tom would like to do on Sunday.

Task 2:Retell the email by the mind map.

Chinese people have a special day.It occurs January to February of the lunar calendar.We can make dumplings,hang on the lanterns and do a lot of interesting things during that time.What special day is it?
Task 1:Use the main sentences to practise the things we’d like to do on the Spring Festival.
Task 2:Write the answers on the book.(Part C)
Task 3:Try to write a short passage by the answers.
Teacher makes tips of the ways for making a whole passage.
