1 阅读理解-阅读表达10 试题基本信息 。题型:阅读表达(4小题,全文约360词) 。核心知识点:方法/策略、个人经历 ·考查重点:细节理解、判断推理、开放表达 材料剖析 。主题:内向者如何走出舒适区并实现自我突破 ·结构:个人经历引入核心观点阐述具体方法建议→关键原则强调 ·感情线索:恐惧→尝试→突破→感悟平衡 阅读表达短文 Being an introvert(内向的人),I feared nothing more than stepping outside of my safe little bubble. But things took an interesting turn in my second year of college when I had to take a public speaking class. At first,I thought,"Wow,what am I doing?"However, that summer,I learned to gradually expose myself to stress and anxiety.Roughly seven speeches later.I broke out of my shell and became a whole new version of myself. What I want to emphasize from my story is that it's not enough to just step outside our comfort zones. We must live outside them. You may be asking,"How do I start living outside of my comfort zone?"The answer I would personally give is "baby steps".Consider breaking up routines and habits, for instance.Even doing something as small as trying a new flavor of your favorite snack can start the process. Then, sample a new snack. After that, order something different for lunch. Finally, you get the idea. That same mentality can be applied to anything under the sun.The possibilities are endless, and trust me,once you start finding your rhythm, you'll find it gets progressively easier to try new things. Above all, remember that any step is still a step.Don't feel discouraged that you aren't doing as much as you should,or that you're not moving as quickly as someone else.Everyone has it in them to take action and live outside their comfort zones.Do what is right for you.Sometimes, you will need to push yourself. However, pushing yourself too hard will only make you pull back and become overly cautious. After all,the final goal is to find a happy balance between comfort and discomfort, between safety and risk. 2 问题列表 1.40.What happened to the author after about seven speeches? 2.41.What is the author's advice on how to start living outside the comfort zone? 3.42.Please decide which part is false in the following statement, then underline it and explain why. -To live outside your comfort zone, you will need to push yourself at all times. 4.43.Please share one of your experiences about living outside the comfort zone.(In about 40 words) 核心词汇详解 1.introvert 核心词性 名词(n.,高频核心):性格内向的人;不爱社交的人 常用搭配:an introvert(一个内向的人) 例:As an introvert,he prefers quiet activities.(作为内向者,他更喜欢安 静的活动) 词性转换 形容词:introverted(内向的) 例:She has an introverted personality..(她性格内向) 高频搭配 名词:introvert trait(内向特质)、introvert tendency(内向倾向) 易混辨析 introvert vs extrovert:前者“内向”,后者“外向” 2.bubble 核心词性 名词(,高频核心):气泡;泡沫:(安全、隔绝的)保护罩 常用搭配:safe little bubble(安全小气泡)、live in a bubble(生活在隔绝环 境中) 例:He stayed in his comfort bubble for years..(他多年来呆在舒适气泡中) 词性转换 动词:bubble(起泡;沸腾) 例:Water bubbled in the pot.(水在锅中沸腾》 高频搭配 名词:soap bubble(肥皂泡)、economic bubble(经济泡沫) 易混辨析 bubble vs sphere:前者“易破的气泡”,后者“固体球体” 3 3.gradually 核心词性 副词(adv.,高频核心):逐渐地;逐步地 常用搭配:gradually expose(逐渐暴露)、gradually improve(逐渐改善) 例:The situation gradually improved..(情况逐渐好转) 词性转换 形容词:gradual(逐渐的) 例:a gradual process(一个渐进的过程) 高频搭配 副词:gradually increase(逐渐增加)、gradually adapt(逐渐适应) 易混辨析 gradually vs suddenly:前者“逐步”,后者“突然” 4.discouraged 核心词性 形容词(adj,高频核心):灰心的;沮丧的 常用搭配:feel discouraged(感到沮丧)、don't get discouraged(不要灰心) 例:Don'get discouraged by setbacks..(不要因挫折而灰心) 词性转换 动词:discourage(使灰心;劝阻) 例:The failure discouraged him.(失败使他灰心) 高频搭配 形容词:easily discouraged(容易灰心的)、deeply discouraged(非常沮丧 的) 易混辨析 discouraged vs disappointed:前者“灰心失去动力”,后者“失望未达 期望” 5.balance 核心词性 名词(n,高频核心):平衡;均衡;余额 常用搭配:happy balance(快乐平衡)、keep balance(保持平衡) 例:Find a balance between work and life.(在工作和生活间找到平衡) 词性转换 动词:balance(使平衡;权衡) 例:She balances her career and family.(她平衡事业和家庭) 高频搭配 名词:work-life balance(工作生活平衡)、bank balance(银行余额) 易混辨析 balance vs stability:前者“动态平衡”,后者“稳定状态” 4 答案与逐题解析 参考答案: 40.He broke out of his shell and became a whole new version of himself. 41.Take baby steps, like breaking up routines and trying small new things 42.The false part is "at all times".The author says "Sometimes, you will need to push yourself. However, pushing yourself too hard will only make you pull back". 43.Once I joined a debate club, nervous but kept practicing. Finally,I won a small prize, feeling confident! 1.40.答案解析 考点:细节理解题 语境逻辑:文中明确提到“Roughly seven speeches later.I broke out of my shell and became a whole new version of myself..”,直接定位该句即可得出答案。作者通过七次演讲突破了自我,从 内向变得开放。 2.41.答案解析 考点:细节理解题 语境逻辑:作者在回答“How do I start living outside of my comfort zone?”时提到“The answer I would personally give is 'baby steps'.Consider breaking up routines and habits...Even doing something as small as..”,整合这些信息可知建议是从小步骤开始,打破常规尝试小事。 3.42.答案解析 考点:细节理解与判断 语境逻辑:文中提到“Sometimes,.you will need to push yourself. However, pushing yourself too hard will only make you pull back and become overly cautious..”,说明不是“at all times”( 直)都要强迫自己,过度推动会适得其反,所以该表述错误。 4.43.
