If you feel depressed(消沉的),it's best to do something about it一depression doesn't just
go away on its own.In addition to getting help from a doctor, here are four things you can do to
feel better.
Exercise.Take a 15-to-30-minute walk every day-or dance and bike if you prefer.But
make yourself do it anyway.Once you get in the exercise habit,it won't take long to notice a
difference in your mood.
Provide yourself with good nutrition.Depression can affect appetite ()One person may
not feel like eating at all,but another might overeat. So eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and
get regular meals (even if you don't feel hungry, try to eat something light, like a piece of fruit,
to keep you going).
Find out troubles. When you know what's got you feeling blue and why, talk about it
with a caring friend.Talking is a way to receive some understanding. If there's no one to tell,
pouring your heart out to a journal works just as well.Depression affects a person's thoughts,
making everything seem unhappy and hopeless. If depression has you noticing only the negative,
make an effort to notice the good things in life.Try to notice one thing, and then try to think of
one more.Consider your strengths or gifts.
Most of all, don't forget to be patient with yourself.

1.35.E(People who are depressed may not feel much like being active.)
2.36.D (Proper nutrition can affect a person's mood and energy.)
3.37.F (Try to make out any situations that have contributed to your depression.)
语境逻辑:本段主题为“Find out troubles'”,后句“When you know what's got you feeling
blue and why.”
选项辨析:F项“努力弄清楚任何导致你抑郁的情”中“make out..situations that have
contributed to”与后句“know what's got you feeling blue”直接呼应,符合“发现问题→分
4.38.A (Look on the bright side.
has you noticing only the negative”转折,建议“努力关注生活中好的事情”。
选项辨析:A项“看到光明的一面”直接点明段落主题,与后文“notice the good things”“consider
your strengths or gifts”构成总分关系,符合“提出负面思维→建议转向积极视角”的逻辑。
5.39.C (Depression takes time to heal.)
语境逻辑:前句“Most of all, don’t forget to be patient with yourself”强调“对自己有耐心”,
