教学目标
1. 语言能力:在语境中理解、识记并运用本课时词汇:talk over, help out, stay healthy.It’s important to.....You should...等关于习惯、健康和建议的短语和句型。
2. 文化意识:通过谈论行为和关于 “青少年健康、安全与生活问题” 的课堂对话,引导学生认识好习惯的价值,增强健康意识与安全意识,认识到独立生活技能的重要性。
3. 思维品质:通过比较不同行为的重要性,培养判断与归纳能力。培育学生树立身心健康、网络安全与自我保护意识。引导学生审视自身习惯。

Do you think it’s easy or hard to change a bad habit? Why?
· I think it’s hard because old habits are hard to break, but small steps can make it easier.
· Habits need balance—keep good habits, don’t let bad ones take over, and don’t overdo even good habits. That’s how they work best!
