Li Biao is the artistic director and permanent principal conductor of the Beijing Symphony Orchestra.

Set up in 1956, the Novosibirsk Philharmonic Orchestra is a cultural treasure of not only the city of Novosibirsk and the Siberian region, but the whole of Russia.
