Two friends were walking in the forest. It was a sunny day, and they were happy. Suddenly, they saw a bear coming towards them. They were very scared. One of the friends quickly climbed up a tree. The other tried too, but he failed. He knew he couldn’t fight the be alone, so he lay down on the ground. He thought, “The bear will leave me alone if it thinks I'm dead.”
The bear came close to the friend on the ground and smelt his head, but it didn’t attack. When the bear was gone, the other friend came down from the tree. It looked like the bear said something to you,” he said. “Yes,” answered the friend on the ground. “It said a true friend should not leave you in times of danger.”

My Best Friend
My best friend is Tom. I got to know him three years ago at a basketball court. Tom is stronger than me. He has short and black hair. His eyes are big and full of energy. They make him look cool and confident.
Tom is very brave and never gives up. In the basketball games, even when our team is losing, he always tries his best to lead us to win the game. Sometimes I meet difficult challenges, he always encourages me to be brave.
Tom is also very humorous. He likes to tell jokes and make funny faces. Every time I feel down, he can always make me laugh and forget all my troubles.
I hope our friendship will last forever.
