At that time, there was not much advanced technology or many resources. It was like climbing a very steep mountain. But he and his team took on this challenge. To keep the project secret, they stopped contacting the outside world, even their families. Huang Xuhua left his hometown for many years. During the design process, they met a lot of problems.
