Teenagers seem to get stuck in a bad
mood really easily.Sometimes the bad mood
feels like quicksand,and the harder you try to
climb out,the more stuck you get!That was
true for me as a teenage boy.Luckily,I had a

In the first few weeks at senior high
school,learning English was quite challenging.
I struggled with complex grammar and a small
vocabulary,which made me frustrated.
Later,I decided to change by seeking advice
from my teacher and classmates.I started
reading English novels and watching English
videos to improve my skills.Gradually,I gained
confidence in speaking and understanding English.
Now,I can express myself fluently and
even participate in English speech contests.
