Unit 1 Learning to be-D Listening and speaking This unit focuses on the theme of "Learning to be", aiming to guide students to think about personal growth and development. The Listening and Speaking part mainly includes listening to a speech about being responsible and a conversation about future plans, and then conducting speaking activities related to these topics. Grammar "Will" and "Be going to" for Future Intentions "Be going to" is often used when we have already decided to do something before talking about it. For example, "I am going to visit my grandparents this weekend." (The plan has been made.) "Will" is used for spontaneous decisions, predictions, and offers.
