Talk to Someone
If you feel too stressed, talk about it. Tell your friends, family, or teachers how you feel. They can give you advice and help you see things differently.
Eat and Sleep Well
Eating healthy food and getting enough sleep are important. Try to avoid too much fast food. A good night’s sleep makes you ready for the next day.
Enjoy Your Time
Make sure you do things you like. Read a book, play games, or work on a hobby. Doing what you love makes you happy and less stressed.
